I rarely go to these types of places. Just wanted to try DD’s iced coffees. Not impressed. My mom said hers was just ok. Mine looked nothing like the picture, definitely not what I expected. We also purchased a donut which I thought was suppose to be $1.00 with drink purchase. I didn’t notice until after we left the overcharge. The price for 2 lg drinks ( latte and frappe) and 2 donuts was almost $19.00! Not happy! May or may not go back.

if i could give this place 0 stars i would. i love dunkin and i go to a different location pretty often but this one was close by so i decided to go to this location. i’ve been here twice and the service is never good they always seem mad that you are ordering something and are never nice and on top of that my coffee is never made correctly. would stay away from this location if i was you.

I came in today and usually I like this store and things go smoothly however today was different. I walked in and granted there was 3 people who already ordered standing to the side of the line. I was standing at the front for 5 minutes. Then someone walks in and starts ordering coffee right in front of me. I felt so insulted i just left. Like noone saw me standing there.

The worse coffee I have ever had!! First I asked for sugar free vanilla I got regular, I had hardly no ice, the ice I did get melted immediately, it taste horrible. then they wouldn’t remake it. Said due to new regulations they can not remake it. I threw it out!!! What wasted money. Horrible coffee!!!

Was just served one of the best cups of cappuccino I’ve ever had. And I’ve had cappuccino in Italy. It was fresh, hot, and perfect froth on top. I believe Kenzie made the coffee while Tre helped serve it thru the window. I actually came into the store to order more munchkins, because I wanted to give credit where credit was due. Kenzie even showed me how to use my reward credits on the app. A job well done. Thank you!

Only problem is when 2 donuts with frosting are put in bag instead small box. When put in bag they are put upside down do chocolate is on bottom sticks to bag and each other. Has happened twice same store.

So not only are they priced almost double from other locations in the area, they don’t even make your order! How do you expect folks in a drive thru to spread cream cheese on a bagel and add cream/sugar to their coffee while driving?!! Rude staff aswell.
