The girl with red hair in the drive thru window is absolutely horrrible. She needs to find a new job because she clearly hates this one. My frozen coffee had chunks of ice in it and clearly wasn’t blended well and when I brought it in she was extremely rude and didn’t want to replace it. I asked for it to be double blended and she said “okay? That’s weird”. And just continued to be rude and rolled her eyes MULTIPLE times at me. I literally just asked for my drink to be blended. Then when I called in to ask for the GM she hung up on me when she found out it was me. I guess she’s the manager and absolute joke of one.

Worst iced coffee I have ever had. And the service was super slow and with an attitude. You could have poured a half gallon of milk into the ice coffee and it still would have tasted like sludge. Asked twice to have additional almond milk added to one coffee and milk to another and it was still undrinkable. Threw both out and ended up with a horrific stomach ache just from the few sips we took. DON’T GO HERE….FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO GET YOUR COFFEE!

A pit stop on the way to work. I pre-order on the app sometimes but when I don’t, the line inside can be a bit slow & I definitely don’t do the drive-thru because it’s awkwardly placed at the back of the store & if you get in that line….you’re stuck!

Someone want to argue this isn’t service with a smile these girls was amazing!!! Oh and did I mention the caramel craze coffee was mmmm mmmm good And the grand babies said thanks for fixing them special donuts 1st time in this store as I am from Kentucky, but guaranteed I will be in it anytime I’m here. Move over Starbucks the not only have friendly girls with beautiful smiles, they have the best coffee and awesome reward program. I recommend downloading the DD app and go for a visit!!!!! I walked in door stood 10 mins and neither one of the workers acknowledged us. I was the only person in store. After the 10 min , I ask her did she have the maple and she said she was out. I asked next about anything with no filling. She had a very nasty attitude, so I left.

My family and I went here this morning right before leaving to go home from a vacation in Myrtle Beach. I ordered a iced matcha latte with oatmilk. Receipt came out to say oatmilk cold foam, which i’ve never had before. I have severe dairy allergies so when my drink came out, I double checked with the employee who made it that it was just oatmilk, and she confirmed it was ONLY oatmilk after i explained my dairy allergies. Come to get in the car after having a few sips and I start having a reaction. I call the store to ask about it and the lady who picked up the phone confirmed all the cold foams have dairy in it. Now stuck in the car for 9 hours having an allergic reaction all due to a mistake by the employees that could have EASILY been avoided. Very disappointed by this location, this could really cost someone their life.

Was looking forward to the new breakfast tacos..don’t waste your money! The soft taco shell was maybe filled a 1/4 of the way with scrambled egg and bacon..maybe 4 bites out it..really at 3.79 per taco!! 2 wouldn’t fill you..could buy a full breakfast or multiple breakfast sandwiches at other nearby establishments. Corporate..you should be ashamed. Not happy in North Myrtle Beach

Service was horrible and the attitudes matched. The employees looked like they were working in coal mines and the only available emotion was sadness. Very unattentive. About 80 employees behind the counter and only 1 working…im exaggerating but you get the concept. No sense of urgency

Was very busy and the wait took long than it should because one disgruntled customer was arguing with the staff. The doughnuts were pretty picked over but coffee was good. I’m sure this was more of an exception than the norm.
