It was me and two other people. We went through the drive through and the screen was down. I knew what I wanted and so did the second person. However, the third person with me was having a hard time and was looking at the menu online, so I asked if they could hold for just a moment. After a few minutes they asked if we were ready. I placed the first two orders and before I could even get the words out I was asked “what else”. I responded with “please don’t rush me, it’s rude”. I was told “we have a line, I’m in a hurry” I again responded “please hold on with your screen being down it makes it hard. Your line will have to wait” “I was then told “there is no need to be rude, in fact go ahead and pull to the window” which I did. I finished placing the order at the window and they didn’t have tap to pay, so after all of that I had to go inside. I’m disappointed that I was consider the rude one when in fact I was simply responding to the awful customer service at the speaker. The coffees and the donut were great as usual though.

Ordered from drive thru and the manager asked is it apple pay and I said no. He then rudely ask to see my phone. I said you don’t need to see my phone,just put it to a terminal and he said I don’t have one, pay cash or card. My card is on the phone. Manager the refused to give me my order. People use phones to pay for orders., Apple pay is not the only way to pay. I contacted corporate and filed a formal complaint. 1star for today. Boycott this Dunkin on main St in Anderson SC.

Yall I’ve had some bad experiences with this place and their staff for a while now but this is it. You’re better off going to the dunkin that opened up on 81. They had a sign out front about being understaffed which I would understand if I knew how long that sign had been up but honestly this has been happening the last few times I went to this dunkin. Yall wanna fill up a cup with milk and ice and call it a latte? I spent $15 on 2 of these and clearly that was a mistake. never wasting my money on this again.

I am a big fan of Dunkin’, but my experience at this location was bad enough to merit writing this review and not going back. My husband and I stopped around 3:00 on Friday, June 24. The drive thru line was backed up with folks waiting a ridiculous amount of time just to order at the menu. We got out of line to find a sign on the door saying the register was closed and to order at the inside kiosk or drive thru. I definitely surprised the only employee I saw who was standing and talking to a girl at the counter. She wasn’t ordering and it was obviously a social visit despite the long line outside. I tried placing a kiosk order but couldn’t get the device to scan my phone. No assistance was given and I was totally ignored. Needless to say, I left. As a long time Dunkin’ fan, this was absolutely incredibly disappointing.

Food was very cold and tasted old. The workers were very rude when we asked politely to please remakes our coffee because it was the bottom of the batch and tasted terrible they added more ice to our cup and gave us the same coffees back.

Over the past few months the service has gotten 10 times better. I come to dunkin many many many times a week and the employees are kind, efficient at what they do, and are helpful with what you may be wanting. This week I tried a new coffee because I wanted to change it up and the employee was so patient with me!

Terrible! They only have drive thru available if you want coffee or whatever.. unless you are using the stupid app then you can go inside! Ridiculous.. the staff is always in a bad mood. Hope the new location is better… big cluster f#$%!! And i hope u know what u want before you get here.
