Just bought my favorite cold brew. Bitter as heck! When I called the store to verify that it was in fact brewed right the woman told me that it’s supposed to be very bitter. I tried to explain that cold brew is the opposite (in fact that’s why I prefer it) and she just kept saying that’s how it’s supposed to be.

Went in today to meet my sister for coffee and just chat. Service was decent and food was pretty good. What made it a poor experience is that we have to listen to employees talk very loudly across the counter about how bad of a place it was to work for. We finally just had to cut our time short as the staff was becoming even more unprofessional. This was 4/24/18

I come here minimal once a week, always as friendly and respectful as possible for myself or coworkers. Typically every employee there treats me the same way. However, every encounter with Payton has been rough. Not sure why or what was done wrong. But it’s never a hi, smile, nothing. Just a price and window shut behind her every time with an upset look when it happens, if I don’t get hit with my food on my door. I get one or 2 bad days come around, this is over 10 times repeatedly. Might be a bad habit but we spend easily 100+ just about every week here. Sally, Madeline, all of the other workers(sorry for the misspelled names) etc all good, but can’t say the same about her. Food and drinks are good majority of the time though.

My family jokes about how we should invest into stock here because how much I stop in. I go through the drive thru mostly if not with the family inside on the weekends. I’m beyond terrible with names but the main 5-7 I normally talk to that work those mornings that I’m/ we are there are pretty solid, nice and friendly! Any issues I’ve had have been handled fine. My only complaint that isn’t this locations fault, is all of the Dunkin restaurants got rid of the lemonade, and I’m hopinggg they didn’t get rid of the pancake wraps again too since my son loves them! 😉

There hasn’t been a time where I’ve visited this Dunkin’ and had a genuine, good experience. A mess up here and there is understandable given the pressures of working in the fast food industry but this absolutely ridiculous. I stop by at least once a week on the way to work and every time has been insulting. Whether it’s from the terrible uncaring attitude of their staff or never being able to get an order correct, sometimes can’t even make coffee correctly, I would still visit given it’s on my route to work. Happy to say I found a new Dunkin’ to give business too who’s staff is much kinder and appreciative of their clientele.
