Have been here a few times and it is not the best Dunkin that I have gone to. One time I ordered online and when I got there the store was closed (at 3pm). It took me a while to get a refund on that order. Have gone inside a few times and there is very little professionalism amongst the employees. However, the food and drinks are always good when I go here. They have never messed up an order when I am able to get one.

Dunkin has the best iced coffees! I’ve always received fast and friendly service and my food and coffee is always fresh and made just like I ordered! As long as we have a Dunkin , I’ll forever be a customer!

Today at 9am, we attempted to order at the drive through. The attendant spent the first 30 sec trying to upsell us on what we don’t know because she wasn’t enunciating clearly while speaking so fast. Then, while browsing the menu she proceeded to interrupt us asking very snarkily if she could help because they were on a timer, No you cant because we will never do business there again.

So I’m trying to have a great day to start off. So I decided to go to Dunkins in lancaster S.C at 9 am and wanted a iced Latta with ice and a avocado on toast . So I go up to the register and I see and hear at the front end 2 giggling women and not paying attention to anything. Just acting like 2 small giggling girls very immature for their age. So one woman fixing my coffee says it’s ready calls my number from my paper receipt and me thinking my order was ready I pick up my coffee and a small bag beside it thinking this is mine. My coffee and my toast . Well I was in a rush and I get to my car I get on down the road and my ice coffee was bitter ,can tell the coffee had been setting for awhile and that was nasty on top of the bag was cold hard potatoes. So my day didn’t start off good at all. The company there in lancaster S.C need to hire people that’s gonna take care of their customers.

Staff in Lancaster SC Dunkin are very unprofessional and rude! I asked the disrespectful staff member what was her name after she cursed at me for coming through the drive thru because the air conditioning wasn’t working! She said her name was pudding tame so I took her picture and I will be sending it to the corporate office!

I literally go every week. Love Dunkin and I personally think our Dunkin is the best. I’ve been to a few and ours always gets my order correct.

Friendly service – very busy (used drive-thru), long wait, but window attendant was kind, patient and accommodating. Took time to double-check available donuts while we were ordering, to make sure there were no surprises by the time we got to the window. Those few extra moments taken with each order truly saved even more wait time in the long run. Will definitely visit again!

When I learned Dunkin’ was coming to Lancaster, I was quite hopeful. After moving from a larger city, I was excited to be able to get a nice size coffee for a reasonable price; however, I will spend my little bit of hard earned money elsewhere. The lack of customer service is unfathomable. I stood at the pick-up spot for at least 5 minutes without so much as a greeting thrown my way. I really don’t expect much from the teenage boys in the front, but when the older lady in her 40s came around giving out instructions, I thought that would be my opportunity to get served. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. What I did get to witness was her being rude to a worker’s younger brother. The boy asked to speak to his sister, and very rudely, the woman repeatedly said, “She’s working. She’s working. She’s working.” Then, a young teenage girl who was also in the pick-up line pointed out that she was rude. Their banter suggested they knew each other, and the teenage girl even stated that if she wanted something free, she could get it. This entire conversation was had without the manager ever acknowledging my presence. When I spoke up and said, “Hi.” She told me that most people don’t stand in the pick-up area if they haven’t ordered yet. I told her I had. She asked for my name and wanted the worker to clarify that I had even paid. I asked her if she needed the order number, and she replied, “No, the name.” I’m not going to get into the fact that my order number should have been sufficient enough, and the insinuation of me not paying could be offensive; however, customer service 101 is greeting the customer and acknowledging them. This manager did, however, do an excellent job blaming me for not getting served, speaking to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone, and modeling how to be sarcastic with customers.

I ordered an iced latte for my wife and there is no coffee in it. It’s pretty much just milk and flavor.
