This is the closest Dunkin to my house and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and wonderful. They work quickly and get orders out in a timely manner. Never experienced anything but amazing service here. Will definitely keep coming back.

I work near by here and recently figured that I would continually be a customer here, but after today that is not going to happen. Customer service over the speakerphone was not as attendant as it should be. They didn’t even tell me my price of what I ordered. They just said pull up front. Then, when I proceeded to get my food, it was cold, so I had to pull back around and go inside the store. Once I got inside the store, no one greeted. And I was looked at like I was crazy for asking them to please make me a new sandwich. There were no apologies for the mishap. Horrible customer service all the way around. The morning manager that usually works She’s great. Her team however…

If you do a mobile order at this location, and they are out of stuff they will not make your order until you go up and ask about it. They won’t try to call your name and see if you want a substitutions.

The donuts are soft, fresh, and tasty. My favorite is the powdered cream, and I tried the jellied donut holes, and they are so good. The pineapple mango beverage is really refreshing. The place is clean and the staff is pleasant. That’s important to me if I am spending my money. I like to be greeted accordingly. I think to stop here whenever I come by this way.

First time I visited in a long time. The Boston creams or calling me, usually the Bavarian creams also call my name.

Normally this is my go to spot for my morning coffee. However, I think, unfortunately, I am going to go back to whiskey road for one reason and one reason only. The woman taking drive thru orders, with the moon phase tattoo on her arm, literally bums me out and makes me mornings drag with how many times she huffs and puffs while working. Every single time the headset beeps, she lets out this irritated groan. Whenever someone steps in her way, she makes the same irritated, annoyed noises. I understand that the job is stressful as I’ve worked at Dunkin’ Donuts multiple times through out my life. I also understand that everyone has issues outside of Dunkin’ Donuts, but that includes the customers as well. I think I speak for everyone when I say that in the morning when im here to get my coffee, I don’t want to be made to feel like im inconveniencing her. I hate to leave this location, but this really needs to change. I love everyone else at this location, especially Zoe, and Trinity (I think is her name). I love the young short dark haired woman with all the tattoos as well! All of you are the reason I come here in the morning, but your co worker is pushing me out the door. Cheer up lady!

We walked up to the counter and waited to be acknowledged. There was no one else in line and there were about 5 people working. Workers would pass by us to get donuts or change out of the register. But every time someone said Hello, it was because they were on their headset and talking to someone at the drive-thru. The drive- thru line wasn’t wrapped around the entire building or anything, so it’s not like it was very long. But clearly the drive-thru customers are more important. We were never told that anyone would be with us shortly, no hello, or anything. Finally I assumed there was either no actual counter service or we were invisible, so I used the counter kiosk to order. While I was navigating that, someone else walked in the door and a worker WALKED UP TO THE REGISTER RIGHT AWAY AND TOOK HIS ORDER. Apparently we WERE invisible! What a cool superpower we possess, I just wish we knew how to control it! I thought about canceling the order but we had visitors in town so we had to get them something. In hindsight, I should have just went across the street to Walmart for donuts.
