Made mobile order. Went thru drive through about 1pm. I was the only car. It was slow. I ordered a drink, dozen donuts, and k-cups. When I got to window I received only the drink and was told to have a great day. I stayed bad I had more to my order. So I was asked to pull forward and wait. About 3 minutes later she came out with my dozen of donuts and with a long spill about how I’m going to enjoy them blah blah blah. See irritated I drive off and then I realize that I didn’t get my K-Cups. So this was during a time frame where they were no other customers around and my order still wasn’t fully prepared. So now I’m still trying to get a hold of the store when she is not busy but I keep getting sent to the voice message about receiving my K-Cups so I guess I’m going to have to wait until after I get done with work to drive down there to get the K-Cups and hopefully it won’t be a hassle. I believe a little more attention to detail is needed. I can only imagine if it hadn’t been during a busy time frame.

Horrible customer service the older lady at the window is nice I like her but that manager lady with the red hair has zero customer service skills. She’s rude and has no accountability whatsoever. She arguing me down about my order she HEARD wrong! I wanted one bacon egg croissant she rang me for two. When I said I only ordered one she became ghetto telling me what I ordered I inquired about her bacon choices for my sandwich she THOUGHT I wanted two. I have no problem with the Mistake because swe all makes them but to be belligerent and rude is uncalled for. Every time I come to this Dunkin when I visit my family I have an issue at this place.I drink Dunkin everyday, and never a problem where I’m from. Never again.Starbucks in Beaufort will get my money!
