I would not recommend ordering from this store if you actually want what you pay for. They have NEVER gotten my order right. Today we order three glazed donuts, and three vanilla frosted with sprinkles. We received 3 donuts with no glaze or frosting at all, two vanilla frosted donuts (no sprinkles), and some disgusting orange frosted donut.

The young lady who gave me my coffee, was very nice had great customer service, and made me feel welcome, but the young lady who was on the speaker who just said Dunkin! And I said, thank you like three times. She was just pull around so rude so rude so rude and I have to do this because it will keep me from feeling angry. Every time I have to encounter service like this in Covington I love Dunkin’ Donuts and 90% of the people who work there are awesome but whoever is on the speaker does not have to be so rude or does not have to work with the public. This was an unusual experience. I ordered 2 coffee rolls and a medium coffee with cream and sugar. Got to the window and was told they only had 1 coffee roll would I like an apple fritter instead for the other. I said sure, and was given one in a donut hole box and the other in a bag. Then the payment machine was given them trouble so they just let me have it all free! I then drove on a d discovered that both were apple fritters. Can’t complain since it was free! So, awesome service considering.

I bought my breakfast in here and I also ordered hashbrown they were burn and it looks like ground beef all squished together it doesn’t look good. I asked them to change them the guy just looked at me and just roll his eyes back and gave me another order that looks just like the first one. I just put them in the trash can.

This location used to be the best… It is now the worst! I ordered a iced caramel latte, not a caramel craze lattee. I was not wanting to pay extra for cinnamon sugar when I have some in my desk at work. And what if I had been allergic to cinnamon and these people put it in my drink. Couldn’t even order donuts for all my coworkers because they are out at 9:00 am. And the only ones I could order was 1/2 a dozen of cream filled. Your name literally had Donuts in it, you should always have donuts!!! Also, I asked for strawberry cream cheese and of course, couldn’t even get that. They gave me plain cream cheese and I open my bagel to find I only get this amount when the packets they used to give covers more than both sides of a bagel, therefore, cheating me of the cream cheese I ordered. It’s not like it’s that hard to do your job. Need to get it together and at least say you’re welcome when someone says thank you three different times. Beware of this location. I’d rather sit for 30 minutes at the 278 location than to ever go back here again! These employees need to pay attention to what someone orders and put it in the system correctly or even if they did put it in the system correctly, it’s not like it’s hard to pay attention to the order request. Lazy and rude employees. I’m not saying all of them are but as far as the ones I’ve dealt with, they have been. Now Dunkin Donuts on Eagle Drive, take these negative reviews and see what needs to be fixed so you can get back to being a location people want to go to.

Me and my granddaughter went through the drive-thru and when I got up to pay for it I asked for a receipt that girl I don’t know her name she’s a foreigner I told her every time I come to the drive through there is no receipt she rolled her eyes at me three times when she started drinking the coffee that coffee was nasty I even took a sip of it it was nasty went back in there the other lady she was very rude and when she picks another one it was an iced coffee not a latte I would not recommend this place at all the atmosphere is unwelcoming I would not recommend this place at all I’ll give it a half of a star
