Came to this dunkin as it is 24 hrs and the lady working both nights was extremely rude. First told me my total was 21.85 and then i gave her 25 dollars she gave me the change of 1.93. It was a problem when I said I was missing my donut and a receipt. Receipt says I only gave her 20 dollars and my actual total was 18.07 ‍♀️ Last night my boyfriend was also missing his donuts last night.

The woman at the window was rude and aggressive and had no concept of what customer service is. I ordered a machiatto with almond milk. I watched her make it with whole milk. She had to do it over. Then she handed me a jelly donut that should be powdered but it was wet and soggy. Horrible horrible service and food.

The people who own and run this place are horrible people. They won’t even let paying customers use the restroom. Since they have dine in seating, not having restrooms available to customers is a violation of the Georgia Health Code. Stay away from this place, they don’t deserve your business.

We order online and when we went to get it there was no one in the intercom, we approached the window and had to knock to get the attention. When she arrived, she was rude and like she didn’t sleep the entire night. We have been there many times and this is the first time I have seen this.

Sunday, September 26, 2021 around 1:45 PM I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts location to buy some coffee with my four years old son. My son wanted to use restroom and there was a table blocking the restroom path and a sign on the restroom door that says “No public restroom Restroom is for Dunkin customers only!” Having seen this I call the attendant and tell him I’m going to buy some coffee but my son need to use the restroom. When I said that he asked me “Is he going to make a mass?” I was like excuse me what do you mean? Then a female attended comes and said more or less like we can’t let you use the restroom because he is going to make it unsafe and because he will make it unhygienic. My first question is why in the world for a corporation like Dunkin’ Donuts would keep their front door open and keep restroom locked and have employee ask such questions? I’m assuming they didn’t want us to use the restroom because of COVID, now my question is does Covid spread from using restroom? I didn’t know how to accept/tolerate such behavior form Dunkin’ Donuts employees.
