The people at this place hate being at work. Whatever you do, don’t order the nitro cold brew. You will end up with much less than you paid for. I don’t think getting a full cup is too much to ask.

The manager there is absolutely horrible. She does not listen, nor does she has patience. I told her I want one of their hot signature, caramel craze lattes with only two pumps of the caramel, because I like to taste more of the coffee than the sweetness of it no cinnamon, and she literally made it twice and both times it was extremely sweet the last time it was more milk than it was coffee absolutely horrible. She said she would make it one more time and then I said yeah after that you can just give me my money back and she said well I’ll just give your money back now, as if she knew she was not going to make it right . And then when she gave me my money back, she snatched her hand away so quick almost dropped the money but instead thank God, I only drop the receipt in the water next to the second window.She got an attitude she gives terrible customer service. The black guy with the dreads does extremely well and he is actually the one that should be the manager . And then when I told her that I always get these every single day, she says well I’m the manager here and I this is my first time seeing you. Your first time seeing me does that really mean I don’t come here often it was just horrible, so what I did was go to their competitor up the street

What a bad way to start. Saw they were newly open and decided to bring the kids up to try it out. Pull into the drive thru lane and to the order area. Before I can say, “may i have…” I’m interrupted with “we’re closed” really? Even for ice cream cones? “We’re closed” I look at the clock, 9:02. I was one of 3 cars pulling in at that time. If you want the business, don’t be rude if you’re closed. It’s not that hard to take care of customers.

One girl who works here won’t serve us on time (she was taking order from others while me and my friend there for more than 20 minutes). I said, why don’t you take order from us ? Just another Dunkin’ Baskins store, but this one uses those god-awful menus screen. We wanted an afternoon coffee and doughnut. Initially we didn’t see the screen. We looked at the very limited selections and wondered why no one came to the counter. The screen was hard to navigate if you have servers people in your party. The menus items didn’t seem to match what was displayed. We never found an ice tea and walked out. I guess you have to go through the drive through if you want a more personal interaction.
