I stopped at this location because I was dropping off someone. I use to live in the area many years ago, watch this dunkin come to reality, but I moved away. I was visibly upset with how trashy & nasty dunkin looked on the outside however my Bacon tomato Avocado toast was omg the butter pecan crunch coffee jus delighted my entire morning! I have been to 5-6 Dunkin & none of them sprinkle bacon & toast the toast like yall did that morning!

Came here this morning for a quick stop for coffee and mini donuts. The lady, i mean girl (because of her nasty a$$ attitude) was soooo rude. Rushing me through my small/ quick order i had. When i got to the window to pay, I asked for extra sugar. She snapped and said “next time ask me when ordering”. First off, she didn’t give me a chance to ask, since i was being rushed and second she’s lucky i had to get back on the road, because I would have went inside and spoke to her manager. Whoever this lady is needs to get fired. Her customer service skills are horrible. I hope she reads this.. get another job if you don’t want to provide decent customer service! On top of that the donut was stale .. at 6AM!

I love this place, but I have to give 3 stars till the lady ruining the business is addressed. I come about 3 times a day for 1 large crushed ice and one cup of water extra ice. It’s 3:17 pm and the Indian guy is leaving and he had to help me because the lady with the braids is so rude. She do not like working obviously because I pulled to the window cause I didn’t hear nobody and she told me to go bck to the speaker to get ice. Very rude about it I asked for the other gentleman I paid he was pleasant even with limited English I prefer him over some one making anything for me with an attitude.

I come here at least three times a week for the coffee (food too). The last three visits have been disappointing – the coffee was bitter and taste burnt. I will visit a few more times to give the store time to redeem themselves and post a follow-up review… standby!

I had the pleasure of visiting this Dunkin Donuts and I have to say, it had some of the best, most accommodating service I have ever experienced. I ordered three box o’ joes and one box of hot chocolate and they had them ready in no time. The employees were also extremely friendly and we had a pleasant conversation with Mr. Demba who was happy and excited to chat. On our way out, the manager encouraged us to have a lovely day in a genuine tone. 10/10 would recommend.

I wish they had more outlets for laptops and one of them didn’t even work but other than that I do love Dunkin so I did enjoy my Heath Iced Coffee and cinnamon raisin bagel!
