As others have said this place is a hit or miss. I got a latte that was supposed to be iced and I responded and said it was supposed to be iced. They looked annoyed and the one lady I assume just poured it over ice. There are espresso grounds in it unfortunately and last time they I didn’t get the correct bagel. They really need to understand that without customers they have no business. Please make sure your order is correct before driving off and get a receipt just in case they say otherwise.

Dunkin is terrible, just quit selling donuts. I had a mobile app order, they screwed it up. I thought chocolate creme “filled” meant something was supposed to be “in” the donut. Guess we can’t blame the store, this are obviously made offsite and delivered (which is obvious from how stale they taste). Save yourself the disappointment and drive to a Krispy Kreme or a local donut shop.

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts! I ordered two iced coffees with the regular amount of cream and sugar, two sausage, egg, and cheese croissants and two donuts. Our croissants came out before the coffee and donuts. Finally got our coffee and it looked closer to milk than coffee and it took a total of 30 minutes to finally get our donuts. This place is chaotic, slow, and cannot even make a good original DD iced coffee.

I’d give it a zero star if it was available I ordered a half a dozen donuts along with some other breakfast items this morning and it was delivered minus the donuts and only half of the order of the hashbrowns. That was the most pathetic food order I have ever received. They should be ashamed of the quality of food that they put in a bag for an order that somebody place to be delivered. It was pathetic. I would be embarrassed to be the owner of that place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Egg bites not heated properly, they were cold in 30 seconds while I was still there ( this is 2nd time it happened) and Cuppuchino was filled half cup, when I asked she got frustrated that I was even asking it. Can be better for sure.

I absolutely love Dunkin but this location blows my mind on how inconsistent they make drinks. I get a medium frozen coffee with sugar. Every other day I have to throw my drink away because it’s completely different even though I order it the same way every single day. Here is a prime example in the picture I have attached. Have you ever seen a frozen coffee with that much whatever type of sugar that is inside there.

This store is so hit and miss. Today they forgot the caramel in my macchiato. First world problems, I know. It’s a 7.00 cup of coffee. I need it to be correct. Dunkin’s donuts are terrible! Bring back the made in store fresh concept.
