This woman was very rude, I went through drive-through to order one egg and cheese sandwich. i told her that i am deaf and show her the picture of the order that i want. She suddenly talk and shake her head like she won’t take my order because i am deaf? I was keep stubborn and keep shaked my head like said no. I just want her to take the order for me that all. Then she finally did but the way i see her turn away and talk very attitude to their coworker, it too obvious that she talk about me. I change my phone to note and ask her a nice way about what’s her name and show it to her. She was talk and REFUSE type her name on my notes then im tired of it with her ugly attitude! next time, hire someone better who is very friendly with deaf people!

I’ve never had a more horrible experience at a Dunkin smh Ordered on the app and arrived 5 minutes later… 2 cars ahead of me but waited about 15 minutes to get to the window smh Was handed cold hash browns and a iced coffee (I ordered frozen matcha latte smh) When the young man returned with the correct drink I said hey these are cold… he responded. I made them when you ordered them to which I responded I’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes, so had i not had to wait they may have still been hot but they aren’t anymore. He said well I made them when you ordered them. Just a very nasty attitude. Very nasty approach. Very nasty disposition. Still didn’t have the donut holes ready, that were also a part of my order, now I’m totally annoyed totally turned off he goes to either heat up or give me new hashbrowns. I’m not even sure because I don’t even want them at this point, but then another employee returns with the hashbrowns and the donut holes which are incorrect and missing about half the order. Needless to say I am totally disappointed in this location. I’ll drive the extra few minutes and either go to Main Street orrrr Scenic Highway.

Worst experience ever had a Dunkin. I waited at the cash register for about 7 min while employees talked about personal business. Food was absolutely horrible. Absolutely worst coffee ever had. Employees made a big deal when I asked for milk cream foam after my dream came out and didn’t have enough cream foam. I had no problem paying the extra they just had a problem about redoing it. Absolutely worst place I would never come here again and I advise you to do the same stay clear of this one

So here’s the thing, I am an EVERYDAY customer have been for 6 months. I order the same thing at the same time every day. A simple caramel latte. There is only one person in the store who makes it correctly. I’ve given this Dunkin so many chances because I love the coffee when it’s made by the actual formula it is supposed to have. I shouldn’t have to actually watch my latte being made every day. I refuse to go through the drive thru because they really mess it up there. This Dunkin has a habit of using espresso that sits already made and not made fresh every time. Tastes very bitter and like grounds, it’s very obvious. Then they don’t pump the flavors properly either. 1 full push is a shot, not half a push or 1/4 push. Every weekend I send my husband to get a coffee without me. They screw is up every single time. Training is non existent in this store. They hire anyone and start them making drinks. I walked out of this store for the last time today. When even the manager cannot make a simple proper latte, I am done. I will make my own at home or stop at Starbucks which is right behind Dunkin and I will save my $50 a week and not deal with the frustration of that place any longer. Y’all lost a good customer. My son also gets Dunkin every morning (we live 1 mile from this store) and has been telling me for a while to go elsewhere because there is zero consistency at this location. He is absolutely right. i’ve ordered dd a couple times from different locations and this has never happened except from this location, but i ordered a dozen assorted, 6 strawberry icing sprinkled and 6 vanilla icing sprinkled. 2 came with sprinkles and there was maybe 2 sprinkles on the donut. was 5 strawberry and 7 vanilla. they were not very fresh. did not meet close to my expectations and i’m very displeased, one even had a hair on it. never again from this place.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin in the area. They have kids working there without any training. Coffee never tastes the way I like it even after telling them. 75% of the time it tastes watered down or like coffee grindes. $4 for a drink I expect it to taste exactly how I like it. Eventually they’ll get tired of having to remake coffee & start training their employees the Dunkin way. Save your money and go to Sugarloaf or Pleasant Hill. Disappointing since it’s so close.

Sign says it closes at 10, open sign was on but when we tried to go in it was locked. Keep in mind it was 8:00. Chick saw us looking in and turned around ignoring us. Maybe have a sign saying only drive through is open if that’s the case or have workers redirect customers instead of ignoring.
