First time visiting this location and it will certainly be my last. Came through the drive-thru and ordered 25 donut holes. Unbeknownst to me there are multiple flavors of them as I had a variety of different flavors in the box. I came back to to get it fixed and was met with attitude and the young man who helped me dumped out the originals amd used the same container for my new ones and couldn’t be bothered to count them and give me the number that I ordered. I don’t go to this chain a lot, but it seems each time I do I run into some issue.

i went to drive thru on Sunday June 18th, 10:39AM. the heavy set indian man at the drive through gave me a disgusting attitude. i wanted to add something else to my order and he aggressively told me “hurry up it’s busy”. EXCUSE YOU???? there was one person behind me and no one inside. that employee should not be working in customer service. especially when they outright disrespect customers for no apparent reason.

DO NOT GET HASHBROWNS FROM HERE . I literally got them this morning before I went to work as I just got here and I’m just opening the bag to get breakfast started and I’m literally seeing the hashbrowns are BURNT. while I was in the car driving , I stuffed my hand in the bag to reach for one and It literally tasted BURNT and the taste of PURE CHEMICALS. DISGUSTING. I told myself maybe it was just me , and once I got to work I would open the bag , AS I HAVE RIGHT THIS IS WHAT IM SEEING . Is this what Is always served ? I can’t believe I was served BURNT FOOD. I can’t even go back now because I’m at work ! What a waste of money . Never ordering again.

This is my favorite Dunkin EVER! I have lived in a few cities, and this is the best one I’ve been to. They are the ONLY Dunkin that actually puts an extra shot of espresso in my latte when I ask for it, and their customer service is always top notch. Their employees brighten up my day on my weekly visit. You can trust this Dunkin to do it right!
