I kindly and very clearly ordered an iced matcha latte without ice. I received my drink filled with ice and when I corrected the worker at the window, she dumped out all the ice and gave me a lesser amount of my latte. No remake, just lazy workers who don’t want to listen to orders.

The food is never the problem at this location. It’s the employees. There’s usually like 2-5 employees at a time yet NO ONE ever knows what they’re doing or how to do it. I also feel like most of the time, they’re giving you the run around through the speaker so you, the customer, gets frustrated and just leaves. This way they don’t have to work!!!!! Very disappointing

This location kills me. I wanted to love it so bad but ever since leaving the military I moved kind of close to this location and NEVER experienced a day of getting my order right. Today was the last straw. I ordered two simple drinks both sugar free flavors with almond milk and received this and paid almost $7 because I was charged extra for the swirl version of what I asked them not to use! One even had a film on the top with bubbles in and around the sides. Not sure what this was, but I was too scared to drink them after getting attitude the entire time from the girl who took my order. Needless to say my friends and I will not be giving this place business anymore.

Visited this morning and was going to go through the drive through to get my littles Valentine’s Day treats for breakfast! It was 6a-not super busy, had just got done with my workout. I was appalled as to how RUDE the lady running the drive-through was. When I asked her I’d she had some Valentine’s themed donuts she curtly told me they were all decorated. When I tried to ask some more information she huffed continuously and kept saying “I’m sorry?” As if she couldn’t hear me. I ended up pulling out of line and going home. I couldn’t bring myself to spend money at a business that treats customers that way. We all have bad days-me included, but I would be mortified if my employee treated a customer so rudely-honestly I’d be mortified if they treated ANYONE that way. I have reached out to corporate but not sure it really matters. Totally ruined the start of my day basically-if you are trying to decide whether you should stop today-the answer is NO, it will make you grouchy just like the employees inside.

Chase and Madelyn gave me a hard time n refused to give me an refund because there was NO manager or lead staff on duty in the store they said that she left. I found an piece on hair in my in my sandwich i think i was chases hair then try to offer another hairy sandwich . The 2 ladies did not speak when my husband and I walked in, but she sure did took her time to speak to a white guy who was in front of us. The donut holes we got was so old so we took them right back. They didn’t even apologize, instead, we were told to come back the next day to see a manager for a refund. Customer service definitely sucked, and I’m not ok with racist vibe at all!.
