Our DD in Carrollton is not bad. It could be better. DD business model is not fresh like it used to be. The coffee is good. As for this location, service is hit or miss. Some days there’s 12 cars in the drive-thru and orders are wrong. Other days they’re on their game. It may be the workforce issue we’re all facing. We still visit this store occasionally, primarily for the coffee since there is a local donut shop that is freshly made about 1/2 mike away. This is not a negative review.

Went in trying to get a few coffees I was redeeming points for a donut as I was trying to tell the guy what kind of donut I wanted he and angerly said “I need to put the order in first, now what is it” I payed, they gave me the wrong coffee and when my friend tried to order her coffee even after she redeem the points, they told her they were out of all cold brew and iced coffee and didn’t help fix her redeemed points. We ended up just leaving.

This staff is just atrocious and is far more focused on cutting up than getting your order right. But don’t approach them about it, or they’re rude and combative. Save your money and your energy and go to the Dunkin on Bankhead, or better yet, Ellianos. I won’t come back to this location.

I stopped today to pick up a coffee, which I ordered online for a specific time, and the coffee was cold. Also, the lid smelled like someone who’d been vaping handled it. I won’t return to this location. I picked up through the drive-through, and it took forever.

Terrible customer service. The inside is not clean. There is very limited front parking is taken by the employees making the customers park in the back or side. Every time I go an order a half dozen the put the donuts on top of each other causing the frosting to go everywhere. I have asked for them not to do that an they still do that.

Went to pick up a order for Uber. I walked in and they said what do you want with an attitude. They decided they didn’t want to cook the food and told me to call the customer and cancel the order. Why accept itll if you’re white I recommend you don’t go to this location. They don’t like white people
