Showed up on a Sunday drive thru line out in the street. Go inside to order. It’s only mobile order inside. Waste my time downloading the app. Pick out a dozen donuts and a sandwich. Could not place the order because “it was too large for this store at this time “ ended up leaving.

Pam was rude. I said that I had an online order but that I needed to order donuts last minute. She gave me the wrong donut. I paid through Apple Pay. I grabbed my donuts and mobile order and started to walk out. She then said “um. Did you pay?” And gestures towards her screen. Yes I did pay. How about you do your part and look on your screen before copping an attitude with me. All she had to do was hit a button for it to go through. I then asked where the straws were and she rolled her eyes and said “by the door”. I’m sorry I inconvenienced you by asking you one question. It’s almost like you’re having to do your job. Wow.

When you first walk in all appears to be clean and inviting, however the bathrooms hadn’t been cleaned for a while. The floors sticky and dirty, the walls were stained and the sink and mirror hadn’t been wiped down either. On top of that, the donuts tasted like they were several days old. The staff was kind and pleasant, but apparently the store lacks proper supervision and leadership.

Really good cup of coffee from this place. If you’re in the area this is definitely a dunkin you want to visit! Very clean and outstanding drinks. The seating was a little uncomfortable with the sun in our eyes and no sunshade on the windows.
