The food is good, the staff is nice just be prepared to wait especially on the weekends and around 7 am on the weekdays cause they usually have a line. This morning I had the new wrap that they have it’s not bad it has Eggs and veggies in it and a Hot green tea with 3 french vanilla cream or you can get the swirl.

This location always seems to have issues. The girl at the window had no idea how to scan my app for a free reward coffee, so she had to go get the manager. Before she walked away I also let her know that my coffee sitting in front of her was supposed to have no whipped cream. She just says “oh” then walks away to get the manager, doesn’t even try to do anything about the drink. The manager comes and scans my app (which was pretty simple), then proceeds to hand me the coffee. I let her know again that I asked for no whip. She also handed me my breakfast “taco” which I attached a photo of. It had barely anything in it and I think I took two or three bites that had egg in it. The rest was just empty tortilla. Considering I paid $4 for this, I was extremely disappointed.

Dunkin Donuts of Hiram is a good shop. The coffee they prepare for you is almost always fantastic. We go here relatively often to grab coffees and occasionally donuts and are never disappointed. I recommend getting a caramel iced latte as that is my sisters favorite drink, or a winter time coffee is my favorite.

Like any place with great food/service, you’ll typically have a wait. No way to get around it. Reasonably priced products and quality each of the hundreds of visits I’ve made to this one or another location. Love me some Dunkin’ frozen coffee with caramel! And that extra shot of expresso.

The closing time is posted as 10pm but the doors are always locked when I go there around 9 pm. But there are workers there standing around looking at there phones. Maybe Dunkin Donuts just doesn’t need my money that helps to pay those workers salaries. And if the reply to this review is that you only keep your drive-thru open the last hour then I would wonder why one of those employees couldn’t acknowledge a customer at the front door and direct them to come through the drive-thru??? If I owned or managed this establishment I would address this issue immediately because this is not the only time this has happened.

I ordered hot caramel latte like usual but this time it was horrible, no sugar, very bitter. By the time I realized that, it was too late and couldn’t drive back, I had to throw it away. The avocado toast was absolutely nasty, I don’t recommend the toast from this location.

I love my Dunkin coffee and I prefer it to Starbuck (crazy expensive), but it is located in the worst area ever! The coffee is great, I wish I got more within my cup tho. Also the butter pecan drink thats new. That is diabetes in a cup why is it so sweet?! One last thing can we PLEASE cut down that bush when exiting the drive through. Its very hard to see whats coming down the street from the plaza.

I go here almost everyday. This hot coffee has not been consistent in flavor lately. The cups have been dirty. The boxes are dirty. I love Dunkin but this location has definitely went down hill in the past few months.

Love my Dunkin’! I order ahead on the app and it’s ready for me as I walk in. Drive thru line will typically be long, especially during daylight hours. Wish it was 24 hours but it’s open when I really need it. America runs on Dunkin’.

I usually had no problems with this location because I always order the same things. Yesterday however, I had to ask for a refund because I was standing in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting on a drink to be made. When the finally decide to make my drink after I remind them then they couldn’t figure out how to leave the ice out of it even tho i remainder the cashier several times. They also tried to put it in a smaller cup size after I told them it was made wrong again. Then they all proceeded to talk about me as if I wasn’t there so I asked for a refund. When the “manager” stepped up she tried to refund me for less then I paid & I told her no I need the full amount wich was 18.56 for my breakfast & the large drink so I had to wait even longer for her to “figure that out”. I left without even saying thank you. They need to put someone in charge who knows what they are doing because they young teenagers had no clue. Not even the manager who looked like she was still in high school.
