The prices are ridiculously high. A sm. cup of reg coffee $2.50. 2 donuts and 2 drinks were nearly $9.00. The wait is long, and employees are young guys not correctly trained to work with the public. A dozen donuts $18.00!!! I will not go again. After 50 yrs of enjoying DD, I quit.

I am not the one to post reviews about my experience but today I have to. I went here on my lunch break because of a friend. I order tater tots and a drink. I wasn’t pleased about neither one because drink was different and the tots were burned but I let it go. But when I got off work and tried to go grocery shopping I realized that I was short changed and I was not happy. Employees need to be extremely careful with how they operate at the job

I ordered through the drive thru. Line was long but it moved. Looking through the window into the restaurant, it was a mess. Counters were dirty, and there was crossiants just sitting out on the counter. They were busy but it was an eye sore. I did have a wait, as they were busy inside as well, however when I received ny food, it was burnt. My crossaiant was hard, my hashbrowns were all stuck together. I am a fan of their breakfast, and I typically don’t have an issue with DD!

Ordered an almond milk iced latte. It was horrible. I could hear the two workers talking about how neither one knew what they were doing. I asked for sugar free but they put sugar. Had to throw it out. Was already on road when I tasted it- couldn’t turn around. Wednesday – 21st March — 3:15.

This may be the worst managed Dunkin in the history of Dunkin. Last time I was here, they couldnt serve coffee because they were out of lids. This time, they have NO Munchkins! WHAT? Decaf Coffee is still not hot half the time when ordering in the afternoon. Still out of favorite donuts on many occasions. The help is friendly sometimes and sometimes they act like your a bug and they wouldn’t mind swatting you. Low expectations here. The only reason I come here is because it’s near my house.
