Stopped by for some ice cream. A few people ahead of us. They got served pretty quick. I fact another person came in and ordered right in front of us and bypassed the line. We were told to wait, 20 minutes later, two employees walked out, and the only one left was serving the drive-through. Again, he said he would be with us in a bit. 35 minutes later, we walked out!!!

I drunk the same coffee everyday. Been to a lot of locations and thus is the worst one I’ve been too. U wait 40 mins in drive throw but when u make it to the speaker they dnt even acknowledge u for 10 mins. They cant seem to hear well cause u have to repeat ur self 4 times to get to the window and ur order still wrong.i had an employee argue that my large coffee only came with one shot of exspresso when it’s supposed 2 come with 2. So now I pay extra for one and still dnt get it. Coffee is way to expensive for the service they provide. Whole establishment need to be fire including the manager

The manager is very unprofessional in how she talks to customers and her employees (all young adults). I overheard a conversation with the manager and a young adult employee, the manager did all the talking, she showed intimidation, she did not have enough professionalism to take employee to the side and talk to them about a mistake made by the employee, (apparently they were new) she back slapped them right in front of customers. If the management is poor, that means the service is poor. I love Dunkin’ Donuts, but will never spend another penny in your store, until the managements attitude changes. The owner of this store needs to check out his managers before hiring them, she is clearly TRASH that needs a reality check. I clearly see now why there is a high turnover. She needs more training, I am outraged. These young adults are our future, is this the kind of attitude we want in teaching our future.

I’ve visited Dunkin donuts from NY to CA and Aruba (don’t judge me). This one falls in the top 3 worse locations. I’m not a GA local but I’ve visited this location numerous times in the last few years. They have had a broken app scanner for at least a year. They are always slow. I contribute it to poor training, improper management skills and team structure. There is no way you should be making a drink while the customer is at the window. I honestly feel bad for kids who have this location as their first job.

Ridiculously SLOW. I spent over 40 mins in the drive thru. I was asked 3 different times by 3 different staff members what my order was and it was a mobile order. By the time I got to the window they had only made 1 drink at the time. Finally the 3rd person decided to make my other 2 drinks

Bad service. First they said they were out of hot fudge and chocolate syrup (at an ice cream store)! Next the server seemed like she wasn’t happy being there, no smile. Then I asked for a waffle cone, which was stale ☹️ . Finally, I tried to order a chocolate covered waffle cone which again they were out of chocolate but another customer ordered one and it mysterious appeared. I’m not one to give a bad review but the experience left a bad taste in my mouth (no pun intended)

I went this location this morning horrible customer service. The lady on the drive Thur told me i couldn’t order no food because they just had a big order. The only way i can order if I’m going to wait 25 minutes, horrible experience I would recommend people visit this location every. I’m going to call cooperate as well

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience! I had to literally ASK TO BE HELPED. Who does that? Then once I asked, it seemed like the attitudes got worse. Not sure what’s going on here, but this by far is the WORST dunking donuts to go to. PERIOD. The customer service is at the LOWEST LEVEL. I have a food business, I am strongly considering applying for management here. The customers don’t deserve what they get for their hard earned money.
