I waited for 35 mins in line and there was only 4 cars ahead of me. It took 4 mins for them to even acknowledge me in the drive thru once i finally pulled up to the speaker. But, once I ordered the process went quick. Staff was very friendly. Not sure if they weren’t fully staffed or if they were just busy, but a simple “welcome to dunkin’, well be right with you” makes a big difference.

I go to this Dunkin everyday and never had an issue . I sent my friend to Dunkin this morning to get a frozen Carmel coffee with whip cream , when she brought it back I put my straw in and drank it and it takes like straight water . I called and stated this and wanted a remake and I could bring this one up there and the lady hung up on .
