I go here alot but this past saturday was horrible so I had to do a review. I pulled up at drive thru at 10:42 a.m. and left at 11:04. After sitting in line forever, noone ever said anything at the speaker after saying hello about 7 times (this is not the first time this has happened) so when I finally made it to the window to order they pulled me up to wait on my food. After spending almost 30 minutes in the drive thru I got to work and took a bite of my breakfast sandwich to find the cheese wrapper in my sandwich. This location needs new management. Over the past few months service has really went down. Disappointed. Slow service and was never even offered an apology for my almost 30 minute wait.

This has to be the worst visit I’ve had at any location in Georgia. Not only did I have to go inside to place the order , the order was still wrong. I wasn’t given a receipt. I generally visit during the week with no issues. They should definitely rethink the staffing because there wasn’t any signs of intelligence there today!!

The lady taking my order was super friendly and nice. I thought everything was good all I did was go for a bagel and a coffee. I’ll get back to work only to find the bagel must’ve been microwaved and there was hardly any cream cheese on it at all The coffee did not taste good. I think the problem is there’s no care anymore. We went on Easter and they were open and fully staffed and still friendly as always. My husband dropped his coffee on the way out and went in to buy a new one, but they gave him a replacement for free which really just made our day! We like using the app and get tons of free rewards that way, plus picking up an online order is usually pretty smooth.

Order a chai latte got cup of all foam! Avocado toast was no toast at all! These people in Georgia are useless and what they do to their own people is very disgusting! I ordered chai latte before so I know the difference and avocado toast! Their sickening behavior is done on purpose! It’s sad how this young generation is so lost beyond repair! I been on the road many times to many Dunkin’ Donuts but in Georgia it’s all the same because of their garbage employees doing pointless things for social media! I hope one day they find their life and stop being trifling without any justification! I did nothing to them! Treated them with respect and decency but they can’t appreciate that! Won’t ever go back to this store again! Only good thing it’s right off the Interstate!
