I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a vanilla iced coffee. Once I got to my work, I took the first sip and it was SOUR. I definitely should’ve tasted before leaving. I called to let them know they have spoiled milk/creamer and during mid conversation the girl hung up on me. Definitely will not be going back to this one.

Food was great but service is TERRIBLE. Ordered two creme filled donuts and an unsweet tea. Sent one donut with sprinkles and a sweet tea. Called them and the girl tried to blame it on the Door Dash Driver. I explained that the driver didn’t fill my order. Driver came back and said the girl gave him the exact same incorrect order the second time! He caught it and made sure he got the correct order before he left. Then the girl wouldn’t replace my tea because he didn’t bring the other one back. He explained that it was because I already drank out of it and she still refused. This is inexcusable!!!

Normally have a decent experience here but this morning was unacceptable. I ordered a large iced caramel macchiato in the drive thru, and when I got to the window they said they didn’t take my order. They said they could take my order there but I had to be pulled up and they would bring it out to me. I was a little aggravated but I agreed because I work right down the road and I could wait a little bit longer. So I waited, 8 minutes later they bring me a drink and no straw. I told the lady I needed a straw and she said okay, went back in the building, and never brought it back out. I waited an additional 5 minutes for the straw that I never received. Then I got to work, sat down, and noticed they gave me the wrong drink. It was a mobile order for a girl named Heather and it was an iced original macchiato, and mine was supposed to be caramel.

3 employees got on the speaker in the drive thru before I got my complete order taken. The second person was mid order and completely ghosted. The person behind me was honking because of how long it took them to take my order. Finally the 3rd person was competent.

Just got a medium cappuccino here, which it was the best Dunkin’ to me. When she handed it to me, it felt super light. Only two short sips and some foam and it was gone. You owe me a cappuccino girls! I didn’t want to wait in line again today!

This location was amazing when it first opened but it has gone completely downhill. My coffee is always either wrong or just tastes terrible. None of the employees are friendly. I ordered the brownie batter signature latte and the drink I got was caramel flavored and didn’t have the correct toppings that you pay more for with a signature latte. I’ll try the new location on 34.

Totally burnt!! I didn’t realize it right away because I took it with me to work to eat later. You know when you cook and wrap this up that it’s burnt but you still do it! No matter what you do for a living you should take some pride in your work! Also when this store first opened the customer service was good! It’s almost like there was a training group there and then it happened……Don’t see the same folks that appeared to be of leadership and there are new people and no one of leadership that cares about good customer service is to be found. Just another purchased franchise business where the owner only cares about cost cutting and lack of customer service! Enjoy the decline in the bottom line because I certainly go to this establishment a lot less! I’m picky about what businesses I give my money to!!!! It has to be worth it!!! DOBA CAFE IN NEWNAN!!!! OMG!!!! AMAZING! Coffee, donuts, breakfast, lunch!!!And they do care!!!!!
