Seriously y’all…at 9:15am and I had a very simple order. Bagel toast lite with butter and a strawberry donut. What I received was a bagel toasted with BACON(burnt) and 2 donuts with a hair in the middle straight out the bag! The only good thing was the coffee. I was too annoyed to turn back around. Waste of $6 and my time

On todays episode of the ghetto Dunkin’ Donuts in Union City, GA 4/9/2023. I come here quite a few times because it’s the only Dunkin in my area. I swear every time I come here the service is worse than the visit before. I did a mobile drive thru order, for some reason the order didn’t go through. Beside the girl over talking me at the intercom, I asked her to cancel the order so I could reorder. She gave me an incorrect total and I tried to explain that to her. She was very rude at the window. I canceled my order and reordered as a walk in. Let’s just say I should have just left. My coffee tasted burnt and there was no caramel in my coffee. The workers were talking extremely loud and cursing while customers were in the store. This will definitely be my last time here. Makes no sense I have to drive almost 15 mins away from my house to get superior service.

Absolutely ridiculous that you can not use the restrooms. Staff lie and say the restroom is out of order but it’s not true. This is the 3rd Dunkin Dounts I have been to that want your business but don’t want to accommodate its patrons when you need to use the restroom.

This location states they stay open until 9 but for some reason they kept turning away walk in customers BEFORE 9. I knocked on the door for a few minutes but the 3 employees inside ignored me. I literally come to this location before AND after work everyday and have never had this experience.

I stopped thru bc they have Baskin Robbins at this location. I order 2 h n cheese wakeup wraps along with my capachiinno blast and when I opened the bag, there were tons of burnt crumbs all over the tortilla. They clearly do not clean the oven. It was gross. Couldn’t eat it and they don’t answer the phone either. I will not drive out of my way again.
