Awful staff. Not friendly or inviting at all. Only reason I come here is because of location. But spare yourself the trip and get a keurig, tastes way better, without the horrible customer service. Also, one of the employees was trying to get my phone number for another worker. Talk about a uncomfortable and unpleasant experience.

Jesus Christ. Got a matcha latte and iced decaf with c&s with flavor shots. Decaf came out looking like watered down sweet tea, told them we asked for c&s, so they drowned it in creamer and it came back out white. Whatever. My matcha was straight milk water. Not to mention, after this back and forth they didn’t give us our card back. Walked back in and the guy in the back tried to tell me 4 separate times after “looking” that they didn’t have my card. The girl who took our order had my card on her person and it wasn’t locked in a drawer or office. Good to know that if I wasn’t sure where my card was, they would have reassured us 4 times that they didn’t have it. Ordering a new debit card now. Waste time and money.

I only give five star reviews as common practice, but you need to re evaluate who you have at the window during the daytime (specifically today at approximately 10:30). Second time I’ve been there that this dude literally says nothing. I was concerned he may be disabled or something, but confirmed otherwise today. I recognize generation z doesn’t have normal communication skills, but this guy takes the cake. You guys should do a team exercise or something for moral as it appears that this one is unhappy (and can’t fake it like the rest of us). Working the window requires ” limited ” conversation. Maybe he should work in the back of the or something.

Went through the drive through at around 6:20pm ordered 2 iced signature caramel latte with light ice, got my order and this is what I got. 2 drinks of 90% ice. This is ridiculous when a customer asked for light ice you need to barely put any freaking ice in it not fill the drink with ice. $10 for two cups of ice. I won’t be returning to this location ever again.

Very hit or miss. Often out of several things. Coffees are inconsistent. Closes early. Staff are clearly miserable. Better than the one on Browns Bridge, but that’s a low bar.

Food was great, coffee was great. Only issue is I paid $4.29 for a piece of toast with a little bit of avocado spread on it and a couple slices of bacon for my mother. Same price as the far more filling sausage egg and cheese croissant I ordered.
