I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered food and 3 drinks via the mobile app for in store pick up. Arrived 20 mins later to a very busy store, only one visible employee, and nothing at the mobile pick up area. Proceeded to wait for our order for another 23 minutes while everyone else coming in and through drive through were served. While we stood and waited and made it clear multiple times we were waiting on a mobile order. 43 mins to receive mediocre food that had clearly been sitting for some time.

We have been to this location a few times. But this morning was ridiculous. They have “special donuts” that cost more, which is totally ok. They have a $ sign next to the name so you know they cost more. However this morning a dozen donuts cost us $23. Because there were several other donuts we were upcharged for that did not have the $ next to them. I’m just extremely confused at why donuts that have never had an upcharge and are not labeled with such upcharge cost me a ton more. Do better dunkin.
