I went through the drive-thru and when I arrived at the window I was ignored. The cashiers and others working there were standing around with their backs turned to me for over 5 minutes. Finally got my drink and left. I was not happy with the drink that day. Not sure what was going on but the service was a sure indicator of the quality of drinks this day. Usually, this place has so much better service.

Came down to try dunkin’ donuts coffee for the first time since being in the south coming from Seattle. That’s a huge thing. I got the cold brew coffee. Not only did they not stir it. It’s one of the most bitter drinks I’ve ever had. You should advertise that it’s bitter and not sweet in any type of way and that you don’t stir it. I have to say I’m completely disappointed dunkin’ donuts. This is one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had. I would have been better off going to the gas station and gotten a coffee there. Pick up your game y’all or you’re going to keep losing customers

Let me warn you before wasting your time. It literally took me 25min to receive my order. There is only one terminal working. 6 employees are actively in the store. The register does not accept credit cards. Not to mention they don’t accept bills above $50.

Ordered frozen coffee, this girl brought me milky coffee ( ain’t even frozen like ), I asked for a new one soon as I got it. This girl took the milky one back and dump bout half cup out and added some coffee, and brought it right back to me (took her less than 1 minute to make a new one without using the frozen machine) lol, it so funny I ain’t even mad.

I try not to complain since I work fast food myself and I try to be understanding. But the past several times i’ve came to this location something always going wrong. It’s typically the donuts. Today I got a boston cream but it’s filled with some other filling (looks like a marshmallow?) and i’ve never gotten one that looks like this. It wasn’t what I wanted because i expected the other filling. I ordered a vanilla donut with sprinkles the other day and it was 100% covered in sprinkles. Zero vanilla. One of the workers didn’t know how to make me coffee, another didn’t know how to get me my mobile order.

I used their kiosk to order a Nitro Cold Brew but received an Ice Coffee. I asked for a manager and someone approached me and told me that I received a Nitro Cold Brew, but “nitro” meant extra espresso and not nitrogen. I then asked for the manager and a different employee tried to support her coworkers statements and told me that their Nito Cold Brew wasn’t like Starbuck’s, but then adjusted her statement after I quoted what the Dunkin website said that their location wasn’t equipped with the tap and that only the next generation locations had it. She then gave me a refund, but never apologized after making it quite obvious how disgusted she was since I took her time during a short morning rush. I’m curious who the actual manager is. Where were they? So many things should have been handled differently but inexperience and/or lack of training seems to be the main reason behind so many of the bad reviews for this location.

Was there for dine in Friday about 3pm. A lovely young gentlemen with curly hair and glasses gave excellent customer service. Our donuts and coffee were delicious. The place was clean, even the bathroom!

Lots of clueless staff hanging around, very poorly managed and I was served a stale cinnamon rasin bagel that must have been 2 days old. Crusty and dry! I will never stop here again. If I could give zero stars I would. It wasn’t until I was driving on 85 I realized the bagel was basically inedible. No breakfast day for me.

Kayla is a manager who obviously knows very little about business. Asked her to replace a small black coffee for me because they served me one that wasn’t hot. I didn’t have receipt so she said she wouldn’t replace. Dumb. Dumb! Very poor customer service. Good luck Kayla.
