We actually had Baskin Robbins ice cream. I enjoyed a white chocolate and raspberry scoop with a scoop of the chocolate mousse ice cream. I have found a new favorite …white chocolate raspberry!! The server was great! Pleasant and happy to give samples! Restaurant was clean and everyone was working . Stopping in made a perfect ending to our day!

This dunkin is overall a good location. I come here often and never had a bad experience. Sometimes there drinks are too sweet or not enough flavor. The place is never messy or dirty when go inside. Definitely be back in the future.

Waited forever in drive thru. Was given the wrong ice cream. I ordered a scoop of chocolate and a scoop of strawberry and got PBJ, I think. Also ordered 2 peanut butter milkshakes and a strawberry milkshake that were basically milk with a very small amount of flavoring. I am pretty sure he forgot to add ice cream at all. Next time, I will go to Sonic.

My spouse takes weekly treatments on Tuesdays; therefore on Wednesdays she feels terrible. She rarely ask me to bring her anything, but today she requested a chocolate milkshake from the Dunkin’s at Banks Crossing because she loves their shakes. I pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by an associate on the speaker. I ordered my wife’s shake and decided to order myself one. I was shocked when she said “I am sorry but I am training two new employees and we are not training on shakes yet”. What? I could not believe my ears. Have we forgotten customer service and the definition of this? Very disappointed and to the employee who was training those two new employees please realize the importance of customers. Without customers, we don’t have jobs. Very disappointing and upsetting as my wife rarely ask for anything after weekly treatments.

This has to be the worst Dunkin and I have been to a lot of locations. We mobile ordered and still waited 30 min. And we have been idiots and went through this three times. If you want to be late to wherever you are going, this is you place to go! You will be there a while!

I stopped by there on 6-9-23 @ around 9:30am I ordered a blueberry muffin and the young lady at the drive through must have been having a bad day there was no greeting and she was very cold and withdrawn and I also received no receipt and a hard muffin. I do not recommend this DD until something changes!

Where to start!?. Well first off, tables were pretty dirty. Looked they have been for a while. Second while we were waiting, one girl was doing someone’s order, had her jacket all inside the ice-cream. No hello or how are you. Do they not know anything about customer service? Those are easy things. Not even a thank you. Did get a spoon with Mt bowl, just walked off. Am I supposed to eat it like a dog? Also you don’t have waffle bowls.. take it off the menu
