There’s absolutely no way any of these employees actually get trained. I don’t ever write google reviews but the way my bagel looked this morning made me do it. Train these employees better or get new ones & actually take the time to show them how to properly make the items.

Hate that this is the only one close to me, I can’t enjoy a dunkin run because it’s a hit or miss. I ordered an iced coffee and one hot coffee and it tastes horrible. I believe it needs more training with making drinks and also learn how to read points when a customer uses it to redeem. I’ve had it pulled up to redeem a reward and the young lady stated she didn’t see it so she asked another employee to help and the young lady redeem more points from what I had. So I question her what did she do, did you redeem more points? Which she did because when I check more points was taken out. I had this happened before and I don’t want to argue back and forth. I am in utter shock with the service I received from the Flowery Branch Dunkin. I am currently visiting my family from out of town for my birthday (which is today), and I always go get Dunkin’ Donuts for my birthday morning. So, I go to this Dunkin’ with my fiance and immediately something is off. The cashier was talking so quietly I couldn’t understand a word that she was saying. But, I took that with a grain of salt because everyone has bad days. However, I had to ask her to repeat a couple of things because I genuinely could not hear a word she was saying. Eventually, we finally get through our order (she gave us the wrong donuts but again, we said nothing because it wasn’t that deep) and we go to pay. We start paying and I realize she didn’t scan my app so I asked her if we could still scan it. (I know for a fact the app can be scanned after or during the order as my fiance used to work at Dunkin’ and they let him do it all the time) She refuses to let us, so I asked her if I can get my receipt so I can try to upload it to my app since I get 3 times the points for my birthday today. She proceeds to throw the receipt at us (literally), takes our second order (which was just a single drink) and we have to basically force her to scan our app.

First trip to DD in years and it was a complete disappointment. The hash browns were inedible, croissant was soggy, cheese cold and unmelted, and egg artificial tasting; only the bacon was good. Asked for no ice in my drink so they only filled it 2/3 of the way. Won’t be back.

Went into grab an after dinner desert. Online states they close at 9pm. When we got there at 835 waited 10 minutes for them to serve others to be told ice cream service shuts down at 830. Well you do two things coffee and I certainly cream so 1/2 your business shuts down at 830?

Stale bagels. Don’t go here…rather drive to the one on Friendship rd. Also, always get a receipt so you can then call Corp and hopefully get refunded.

I’ve only been through the drive through at this location. This morning when I got here the line was wrapped around the building all the way to the front door. I was in line for maybe 5 minutes at the most. The workers that I’ve encountered are always extremely nice. My order is correct every time I come.

I only give 2 stars because of how quickly the line moves. But I’m pretty sure I got a left out bagel that they ran through again when I ordered it. It is burnt! And dry! This is the only food I will get for a few hours and I can’t eat it. Obviously I tried but it is so dry the bread just crumbled. One of our clients here saw it and said it looks like they made it, didn’t use it for an order and just ran it through again when you ordered it. Disappointing.
