Worst customer service I’ve experienced at a Dunkin. The cashier was sporting a Marijuana hat. Barely spoke at all. Sat down and was never told our order was ready. We were the only people inside. Ordered 2 chai lattes with cold foam and one with cookie crumbles on top. Well, no cookie crumbles and barely any cold foam. I hate doing a negative review but our experience at this Dunkin was not good.

They gave me part of my order and left. They didn’t ask me for payment for the order. Had items that weren’t added to my order. After waiting at the window for a while the lady came back and asked if I had a question, to which i responded that i had not received all my items or paid for any of it. They added the items and asked that i pull around and wait an additional 10 minutes or so for some hash browns..

I just left the drive-thru and the lady was really rude. I was rushed to make an order and before I could get the size I want out of my mouth she was yelling “what size” . Its not what she said to me it was the tone she said it in that made it an rude and disrespectful transaction. Once I told her I didn’t want the order due to her being rude, she then in a rude tone said okay whatever you have a good day.

Stopped by this store on my way to Dublin. Great service and very attentive. The donuts I asked for, the young lady advised me that they were probably going to be hard. She let me know which ones were still good (it was about 8pm). I also had a hot chocolate (very delicious) and my boyfriend had the cookie batter cold brew (made to perfection). The cookie butter cold brew was so good, I was trying to take it from my boyfriend. Thank you to those ladies!

Contacted corporate and nothing has been done and never heard from the franchisee. My family and I have boycotted this restaurant. Similar to the reaction of the franchisee. No contact

Literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Placed a mobile order that said it would be ready at 11. I got there and the girl literally said they were closed and I couldn’t get my drinks. I said can I get a refund and she said she didn’t deal with the app and I would have to come back another time. Her name as “nic”. She had orange braids and was extremely rude. Seems like the norm for this place though.
