The young man taking the order excellent customer skills but the coffee was not hot enough. I don’t know what the other young woman was doing but waiting for one coffee and a few donuts took forever early in the morning and there was no one in front of me. No napkins inside the bag. I was the only customer. Just need to step up the game.

I wish I had gotten her name, but this past weekend I placed a mobile order for some donuts for my children and a coffee for myself while we were out running errands in Perry. Once I arrived to Dunkin I realized that I placed the order for pickup at the wrong location. I went inside and explained the mistake that I made and showed her the order on my phone. Without hesitation, the employee fulfilled my order, with a smile on her face.

My first ever visit to a Jersey Mike’s. I was happy with the service but not the food. The sandwich wasn’t made the way I asked and I didn’t eat it until I got home so nothing was to be done at this point. I asked for light jalapenos and specified 2 or 3 chopped up and got a sandwich loaded with them making it unpalatable. Even after removing those it was still awful.

Attention GM. Please reinforce sanitation protocols here. I am a former Dunkin employee from years ago. The way the store is kept would have never been acceptable. The bathroom is gross (toilet, floor etc.), the employee was eating on break and got up to help me without washing their hands & then touched their face without washing their hands. Hand washing and not touching face & hair should be #1 rule enforced. There was another employee I witnessed touching face and hair while making drinks.

I went into this location for the first time Saturday January 28,2023 with my grandchildren. One associate was serving the drive thru and another one sweeping the floor and she never acknowledged I was there never said anything or tried to assist me. The associate at the drive thru finished with that customer then came over and assisted me. That was my first and last time at this location. Customer Service Zero !!!!!
