Staff seemed put out by having a customer. Put our drinks on the counter and never bothered to tell us. We were the only customers so it’s not like they were busy. Tables were dirty. Coffee was good, muffins were good. I like this location and the layout, but could do with a cleaning and an attitude adjustment.

My son had a doctor’s appointment and for being cooperative we stopped by for a quick treat afterwards. It is conveniently located across from the Atrium Health Navicent location. Two Glazed, which my son enjoyed! 1 Old Fashion which was very good! I am not usually a frosted donut type, however the Vanilla Frosted was delicious!!! Nice staff and fast service. Clean inside on this day. The outside could use some quick attention on this day but nevertheless, my son was rewarded and pleased!

The person at the drive thru was rude to begin with. Then I come home and the grilled cheese looks like this. It’s not hard to place a piece of bread on top of another, especially when it hardens in that position. I can’t believe the people that choose to work here are getting paid to do the bare minimum and waste my money. If you don’t like it quit, but don’t take it out on my grilled cheese.

My wife had a C section and while in the hospital I had used Dunkin several times for breakfast. On the morning of 02-16-23 my wife decided to put the order in online so it would be ready when I got there. When I got there they had given our order to someone else. When I showed the order confirmation they said my wife had picked it up. I explained to them that she was in the hospital so no she hadn’t. Then the manager made up some story that a nurse had picked it up for her.

I am very hesitant to do this but I am very frustrated. I frequent this Dunkin at least once a week and I have never had problems until the last week. In the morning, this Dunkin is fabulous. But for some reason in the afternoon, the crew is just not kind. I feel as if they are irritated the whole time and it is asking them the world to make an iced coffee. There is also a serious speed issue in the afternoon. The last two times i’ve gone in the afternoon, I basically get trapped in the drive through area due to the wall and other cars and end up in line for 15+ minutes, even though it is just one car in front of me.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I said no blueberry when ordering. They confirmed no blueberry with me 2 times. And they still gave me blueberry munchkins. I had to find out by my 6 yr old telling me about 4 yr old having an allergic reaction. After taking care of my son I tried to call the store. The number doesn’t work. So I drove back but I’m handicap and the manager didn’t want to come out to speak to me. Absolutely unacceptable!!!
