Most of the time this DD is good. This morning I got a Large caramel iced latte less ice and this is what they handed me. I asked if they were gunna fill it up more than that. The lady said” with less ice that’s how much coffee is in the large”. Pretty sorry if you ask me.

They could barely understand what I was trying to order. Took 10 minutes to swipe my card. And then waiting another 5 minutes for a 25ct of Munchkins. Then proceeded to give me my order COMPLETELY wrong. Is it hard to put chocolate mini donuts in a box? I got some raspberry something and random blueberry things in my box that I never ordered. But ok!

I am beside myself about this experience today (August 12th, noon). We were in line in the drive through for over 30 minutes. We get to the window and the woman repeats our order. A few minutes later, a man comes to the window to confirm our food order. There were at least 15 cars behind us now blocking the entrance to the whole shopping center. We ordered one iced coffee, two identical sandwiches and two hash browns, 15 minutes prior to getting to the window.

I normally don’t write reviews, but this one is necessary. Lately customer service has been terrible. Today I ordered and ice coffee and discovered a dead fly in it. I always ask for cold foam on my coffee and they never put it on. They are also always out of Cold Brew. I’m a huge Dunkin fan and that’s why it breaks my heart to say that I’m done with this location. I’m tired of wasting my money!

30+ minute wait in the drive thru for 2 sausage egg cheese croissants, 2 hash browns and 1 ice coffee. Going in was a little quicker for some folks. Stop by if you have the time to wait.

Usually I have no problem with this Dunkin, but with all the newbies, they need to be trained right. With prices going up and $11-$13 for a order with only 2 drinks, the cups need to be filled completely. I had ordered a large iced matcha and a large iced mocha signature, and both drinks came a full inch below the lid. If we had asked for light ice, I could understand, but we didn’t. It took 5 minutes for the person to fix the matcha, but the mocha was covered in whip and we just left instead of waiting another 10 minutes.

Have been here a few times. One of the visits through tge drive thru we asked for 2 glazed chocolate donuts which is how they have it labeled. We were leaving and opened the bag to 2 glazed donuts , when they repeated the order. We go back to the drive thru and they ended up giving us chocolate frosted. We came today and tried to order decaf iced coffee and were told once again they don’t have decaf iced coffee. Won’t be going back

The WORST customer service. Rude at the speaker. Rude at the window. Never asked how we were. Never smiled. They were out of everything, but didn’t apologize. Our ENTIRE order was wrong. Food was cold. Drinks were not what we asked for. Ordered 10 count munchkin and got 8. We can handle things being incorrect, but the rudeness was just too much. We won’t be going back.

I usually never posts reviews but today this needed to be posted. I came all the way from Statesboro, GA to visit my mother and figured I’d give this Dunkin a try being the one where I live is always wonderful, WRONG! The person taking orders has no personality and the black male at the window with tattoos (didn’t get his name) literally said “yep” to me 3 times at the window. Never a good morning, or yes ma’am. Yep. How rude. I would never recommend this Dunkin to anyone and I hope you guys better train your employees to have some hospitality after all this is their job, to serve people. Also, there were no napkins in the bag and I was never offered my receipt. Do better.

I have tried to go to this Dunkin’ 5 times yet never actually gotten anything from here. I have waited in the drive thru line for 15+ minutes with zero movement multiple times. I have attempted to go inside during normal business hours and the door is locked. I am assuming they don’t have enough staff but this location should just close down. It is the worst Dunkin’ ever
