Multiple occasions I’ve gone and had entirely different experiences. Though the last 3 times my drinks have come not full what so ever, like i know snackin bacon won’t always have much which is disappointing for the price. But for my drinks to come not full when I pay for my extra ingredients almond milk, espress etc and it’s never made correctly or filled is very disappointing that I now have to find another place to get my morning coffee. In the good note this is the fullest cup they’ve given me….1 star due to I get a coffee but not what I’m asking or paying for.

Little to no donuts. Watched a worker pick up a donut off the floor WITH THEIR BARE HANDS and serve it to a customer at the window Inside is always closed and drive thru is always busy due to little staff. Advise you to give them a moment and proceeds to take your order 30 minutes later. They need to do better

Pulled in at quarter to 5 on a sunday with no one in line at the drive through and no one inside the store. Was told it would “just be a minute”. After 5 minutes, I asked if I could order and they told me it’d be “just another minute” ??? Do better. You aint busy.

Ashton, who was such a dear, just gave me the best experience of my whole life. The ginger. Give this person a raise. Worked tirelessly and efficiently to meet my request, of more ketchup and a different beverage, with a sweet smile on his face, and I left just so happy. I mobile ordered here via drive thru. The line was long and the wait time was long too. We finally get to the speaker to say we hav a mobile order second they keep asking us to order when i clearly said I have a mobile order. He said well drive round. We get to the window and my order was not ready he asked when did I order. I stated again for the third time I have a mobile order. He said ok hold on. They had to make it. The coffee was good. But the time it took knowing we had somewhere to be was not good. Your employees don’t seem to be happy about the job. It could be better as I have been to many other places and felt better about going. But this place I will not return ever.

This was at one point my favorite Dunkin to go to. The staff has changed and so has everything at this location. They have awful communication. I work at a Doctors office and I need to be there in time to work up patients so I normally order online and pick it up inside because the line always takes 30 minutes or so to get through. I get there and the lobby is not open. They say they are short staffed which I understand but change that from being an option when you order like you’ve done in the past. After I wait 30 minutes for my Latte they tell me that their latte machine is down. This has happened several times as well. If your latte machine is down. Take the option off online. It’s a waste of my time and theirs. This location used to be great. I’m not sure if there is a new manager or just the staff but they are running this place into the ground.

Ordered ahead and when we pulled up to the drive thru it took us 4 times telling them the name it was order. Ordered the Caramel Craze Signature Latte with extra shot of espresso. It ended up being more milk than anything. Basically was iced milk with a small taste of caramel. I’ve been to several Dunkin’ locations and this was by far the worse. Do not recommend at all.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have gone to this drive thru numerous times. Today I went and asked if there was another place to pull around since it’s hard to get out when you have to pull around to the double doors. The traffic gets backed up in the line and it’s hard to get thru just to go around the building. Apparently the machine was broke. The store manager as she claimed she was started to yell at me that I feel entitled and need to be brought down to my level. She was very rude and yelling. When I asked for her name she refused to give it to me. I have never been treated like that anywhere. It’s a shame that bad employees like the store manager ruin a whole place for someone. Something needs to be done to her.

I can always overlook the horrible service from the people working, but they got my order completely wrong and the donuts were very cold and somewhat stale. And at the drive through it smelled HORRIBLE inside, like puke dirty wet mop. We were in a hurry so we just accepted the wrong donuts, but we will not make the same mistake again to go here ever again. We even wished the guy at the window a good day and he stared at us so annoyed and ignored us, I get it, though day but wow sounds like if you might need a new job.
