One of our poorer experiences with a Dunkin. Seemed like a great stop by the gas station and causeway to the island, but service was terribly slow, and it was clear our hot food has been blasted in a microwave moments before being handed to us as they were scalding hot on the inside. Get your donuts and coffee, but better off finding somewhere else if you need a regular spot.

Connected to a gas station. 6 workers and it seemed like only 1 person knew what they were doing. What appeared to be the manager was trying to get the one person to train someone who was very lost. 20 minutes later they still forgot half the order. Potentially a very successful coffee and donut shop location. In reality they need to reorganize.

I love Dunkin’ donuts and I usually go quite a bit but it makes me mad when they have somebody new and they’re willing to give you anything for your money and it’s absolutely awful. Now if they didn’t have the correct boxes that they usually put the donuts in there was no way that my donuts should have been stuffed to the result that I had to pick a donut like this up I paid my good money for and I didn’t pay for them to be stuffed in the box they did it any kind of way instead of asking me which way would I prefer people just do your money any kind of way and if you don’t say anything they’ll just let it be. Sick of careless employees that don’t want to give you quality for your money is what I’m paying for and the prices that things are today I expect my money’s worth. For my customers in my customers didn’t even want them once they seen them like that so therefore I feel like I wasted my money and all of it could have been avoided!

I just wanted a box of Joe coffee and some munchkins but I guess that was too difficult. Sorry, I wasn’t wanting a single serving of coffee but I might as well have. After getting the box of Joe, I asked if if this came with cups, cream and sugar. It usually does as I’ve ordered this before. I received 1 cup with sugar and a cup full of creamer. Very odd I thought but whatever. They don’t care and neither do I. You deserve the 1 star in this review.
