The Dunkin’ in this Pilot has the freshest donuts. They are so soft and so good. Even later in the evening they are still really good a little less fresh but still softer than any other place I’ve tried late in the evening. That’s the main reason I stop at this pilot, for the donuts.

Express locations should not be listed as a full location. Went 8 miles out of my way to be disappointed. This is a gas station. Inside the gas station they have some dunkin coffee brewed up and waiting to be dispensed. Not a full Dunkin location.

Well Dunkin’ donuts always has good coffee, and they definitely have exceptional donuts. Now their customer service reps they need a little touching up, I need to be honest because if I’m not honest how can you grow your company. I have come across so many people with attitudes in that place it’s pathetic. And that’s not just the one that I am posting on I’ve experienced this in several of the places. So I don’t know if they have some sort of training but the customer is always right no matter what and that is the attitude that we must have if we expect to keep a flow of people coming into our business. Other than that everything was exceptional.

Went out of my way for decent coffee and it turns out it is a gas station. Of course ALL of the coffee machines were out of order. This should not be advertised as dunkin donuts. I’m very disappointed but I guess next time I’ll read the reviews.
