Ordered ahead on the mobile app. Arrived ten minutes later to pick up through the drive-thru and had to wait behind only two other cars for seventeen minutes before getting to the window. The cashier ignored that I had told her I had a mobile order and asked for payment. I cleared up my order and quickly received my food and drink. On the way put of the parking lot I had to park because I only received one of two donuts ordered and had to go inside to get it. So much for convenience!!! When I got to my work five minutes later and had a sip of my drink, I discovered that my drink order was wrong too! Will be going back this afternoon again to replace my iced tea!

Although the location is favorable, the service provided here is remarkably abysmal. Patrons often endure interminable waits to place their orders, or worse, they are completely neglected and forgotten. This has become an inside joke among my friends and me, as we anticipate the time it takes just to receive a simple greeting at the drive-thru. It’s uncertain whether this is a result of mismanagement or severe understaffing, but the quality has been steadily deteriorating to the extent that no one wants to visit anymore. I even attempted to use Uber Eats to order a meal from them, only to discover that the delivery driver had engaged in a dispute with them over the same issues.

Can you believe as hot as it is out here in these streets, dunkin’ donuts in Columbus Georgia on veterans parkway is charging a whole $1 for a cup of water!! Cuz there are homeless people out here that they’re not even thinking about! God is going to judge them!

Horrible horrible horrible. I waited 5mins for someone to even acknowledge me. I was the only customer in the store. The employees were busy talking while I stood there waiting. A manager came from the back and made them help me. Once I placed my order for a hot latte and breakfast sandwiches. I realized my latte was cold and I was over charged for my meal. Never again. On top of that I went in for breakfast around 830a and they were sold out of sourdough bread and avocado.

This place is a pathetic. I know times are hard and it’s hard to find good workers. But, these folks have the worst customer service and disrespectful attitude I have ever seen. Ordered coffee and breakfast tacos for me and my sister. One didn’t have anything but eggs and the other one was bacon, egg and cheese. Ordered both the same and the bacon was not cooked thoroughly at all. And I asked for hazelnut cream and the lady said she didn’t have any.

Not a great experience. We placed our order online for donuts >24 hours in advance. They didn’t have our order and wanted to give me different donuts than I had ordered. But the app had already taken my money. 2 stars because they finally did give me a refund, but it was after much stress. They need to stop the app from allowing you to pre-order donuts if they aren’t prepared to fill the order correctly.

Leaving work feeling cold. I didn’t know what I wanted. I do not shop here often. I ordered a small hot chocolate and ice vanilla donut. Staff member was very helpful to help me decide what to try!!
