Every time we come it takes forever. Dunkin’ ships their donuts now so they don’t even have to take the time to make them in store…this is one of the few convenient places for military families and soldiers to get quick breakfast food. The staff is always really sweet though!

Everytime I go to this shop I can be first in line and by the time I’ve given my order three times there is a full line of cars behind me as I wait to get my order. The workers here have no pride in their work and act as if they are off the clock unless someone is pestering them about an order. Anytime I order donuts they lazily just throw them in a box and carelessly pour chocolate until the box is dripping. I literally have to wipe down the sides and bottoms of the donuts unless I want to create a bigger mess.

My Family
Man look! I thought they were closed on the inside because of how long the kine was in the drive through. NAW…they didn’t want to get out. There was no line. The staff was courteous, attentive, and fast. I was done within 10mins, maybe less with my favorite fall sandwich and drink to relax. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and pumpkin latte. It’s pumpkin season! My favorite! It was fresh and oh so good. Go inside next time. Lol

I’ve held off making this post for a while. The Fort Benning Dunkin Donuts has been hit-or-miss, mostly miss, since I’ve lived at Fort Benning (2 years). It’s always busy which is to be expected. They frequently leave out parts of my order which I gave them a pass on, since they are always busy. Today however, I received the saddest bagel I’ve ever seen at any commercial establishment that sells bagels. This was the tipping point since they weren’t busy for once and still managed to mess this up. What I ordered was a sesame seed bagel with cream cheese. What I got was a bagel with almost no cream cheese but for some reason there appears to be cheddar. Get better Dunkin.
