1. I used to go here for UNSWEETENED tea almost daily. The past several months it has tasted nasty. Sometimes bearable, sometimes downright disgusting. I only ever go here at times to see if maybe it was a phase, but today same nasty tea again. Guess I’ll have to pay the extra $ for Starbucks (which is never any stage of nasty).

Good coffee and nice staff. The donuts were on point. We went in the later part of the day and I figured the donuts would have that “I’ve sat out all day” kinda stale taste but to my surprise they were super fresh like they just came off the donut line. The Boston cream ones were the best. I’d say give it a go if you want a good donut.

Depending on what you order here food wise this place is a hit or miss. I never get the wake up wraps anymore because most of the time they are not prepared and/or cooked correctly. I do love their croissant breakfast sandwiches. I have never had an issue and it always taste good. Also, I really wish they would come back out with the steak egg and cheese bagel. I used to come here all the time for one.

This place is trash, I ordered my food drove to my destination opened the order and everything was wrong. I asked for no bacon and there was extra bacon I ordered a tea and was given a coffee, so after I was done I went to bring it back and there was a sign posted that the place was closed by the health department and customers were not allowed to enter so I am not sure if the drive thru was even supposed to be open or not. But I will never return.

Everytime I go back to Dunkin they mess my order up. I ordered a Raspberry sweet tea but got unsweetened tea multiple times. When i order my iced coffee I always get extra cream and sugar but the coffee tastes so bitter. It has definitely gone downhill for the past year and a half. This used to be my favorite coffee place.

There is very poor or no management on site. I placed a mobile order to pick up 2 coffees. There were 5 people behind the counter with no one working mobile orders. Finally, after waiting for 5 minutes, I asked someone if my order was being worked on. They looked at the 10 tickets sitting on the counter and asked which on was mine. After 20 minutes, remaking 1 coffee twice and the other coffee 3 times, they finally got the order right. Do total time for 2 coffees from order to completion was almost 40 minutes.

Not once in over a year have they made my coffee right. It is always burnt and flavorless or watery and flavorless. I use to go here ALLL the time and it was always soo good. I keep hoping they will get it together since this is closer to me than wells Rd but I will not be wasting any more money here. On top of that the staff isn’t the friendliest and neither is the owner…
