Friendly and prompt drive thru service. Ordered 4 large hot chocolates and a dozen donuts. Donuts were fresh. Hot chocolates were hot, but tasted more like a creamy milk drink rather than having a stronger chocolate taste. Nice location, clean, plenty of parking. Easy access to freeway.

I came here on my way to work this morning. I ordered a coffee, snacking bacon, and I SWORE I ordered a hash brown too, because the lady at the speaker repeated my order back to me. But, when I got to the window they said it wasn’t on receipt and they didn’t want to fix it, so I had bacon for breakfast.. which was cold and kind of hard.. ‍♀️ They were less than helpful as well when I asked if they had any reusable cups.. I will be returning to my regular Dunkin in the morning..

We love Dunkin’, however today they had a very rude unprofessional and unpleasant staff at the drive throu, people like him should reconsider his job and perhaps find something that suits him better. This manager is awful. This place would get 0 stars. The manager was rude and just because it’s a Saturday, doesn’t give you the right to be rude. I asked for hash browns and they gave me burnt hash browns. I asked for another one and this is what they gave me. I had a free reward for a beverage and they still charged me. I asked for a refund and she said she didn’t have time right this second and was rude. Is it that difficult to be polite. Apparently so in this establishment

Its so unfortunate to give a low rating. Over the last few months, this location has taken a nose dive. Several drinks I have ordered were not made properly and last visit before this one I was missing items out of my order. Unfortunately when you realize this on I95, its too late to turn around when you have to get kids to school. Today was no better. My husband places an online order for a dozen donuts. 12.. shouldn’t be hard to count. After waiting 30 minutes… yes, 30, to pick up an online order that wasn’t ready, he gets told 3 of the donuts he ordered were not available. No problem, he asked for 3 vanilla donuts in place of the ones they didn’t have. After a few moments, the lady hands him the box and he leaves. When he got home, there were 9 in the box. Jokingly, I asked if he ate them but my husband doesnt like the vanilla ones, which I knew. I got back in my car, drive back and stood in line for another 10 minutes. As Im waiting, there are several customers complaining of missing items, incorrect drinks and one women waiting 20 minutes for an iced caramel coffee. After she confronted one of the employees, another lady yells from behind the counter “listen people we are 20 drinks behind, we are working as fast as we can.” This made me change how I was going to approach the situation. This is now a management problem. When it was finally my turn, sternly I asked her to please replace and correctly give me the items ordered. She did… without apologies.

Who doesn’t like donuts & coffee? That would be un-American. I stop at this DD SR207 & I95 when I have downtime for work and camp out for about an hour to catch up & on emails, calendar, etc. Feel very safe & comfortable here. No one else was in the store but I waited for a few minutes to be acknowledged… The girls were too busy talking amongst themselves instead of working. Both of my donuts were stale, like hour old kind of stale. My coffee tasted horrible. There is NO REASON to ever visit this location.
