I am beyond infuriated this morning. We get Dunkin every Sunday morning. This is the first time I have done mobile ordering and they will be lucky if I even go back. My order was wrong and missing items. I noticed the one item was missing and I chalked it up to a loss. I got home and I did not have the correct donuts in my order. The store is disorganized. Nothing was put together. It was spread out. I tried to call the store and the phone was picked up and hung up three or four times before I gave up.

This is probably the worst Dunkin that I’ve gone too. The employees here all have bad attitudes. Don’t think you can place your mobile order and just walk in and grab it as they don’t even put the orders on the mobile order shelf. I don’t know I guess they are afraid someone is going to steal it? Odd.. their coffee is hit or miss, some days taste ok others disgusting. My kids enjoy the donuts so still try to go there on special occasions since there’s no other donut place in the area.

Manager refused to give a refund when I was over charged on a sandwich. I was charged for a bacon egg and cheese bagel with added cream cheese ending up over $6….when all I ordered was a toasted bagel with cream cheese add bacon. There is a big difference in price but was told that is how it should be. I truly come to this location almost every day but as of late the drinks are straight milk and to refuse a refund when you over charged will have me not comimg back to this location

Staff in the morning is always friendly and fast. Drinks so far (maybe 4 years now) have been correct and tasty . Haven’t had a problem at this location. Afternoon staff needs a little help. But it’s mostly young adults that a learning so I’m don’t fault the store for that. I will continue to visit this location!

4/5 times they are rude. I still go because of the prices. Today the lady said she can’t make my drink the way I get it every day bc there’s not a button for it. All I asked was for crumbles on top of the whipped cream. She was rude and didn’t want to be there.

Hard pass. Just nope. Skirt ruined! They are unable to spread butter evenly on a bagel. I order a bagel with butter. I tasted no butter on the bagel but noticed oiliness all over my skirt. Sure enough there is a slight rip in the bagel wrapper and since the butter was not spread on the bagel and absorbed by it, it pooled in the bottom and dripped all over my skirt. I’d rather pay more for Starbucks, Ellianos or just NOT go to Dunkin. The quality is beyond lacking. Also lemonade has NO fresh lemons and tastes like yellow Powerade.

wow.. absolutely unacceptable behavior. this is actually crazy i went in and I’m treated harshly and forced to pick so many donuts. like I’m a slave or something, it is atrocious. Kathrine was so mean to me and i will never be coming again unbelievable. so so unbelievable. gosh, and then Mr. Matthews was being so mean to me after Kathrine made me feel like a slave, he made me pick 30 donuts, I COULDNT EAT THE DONUTS I POOPED SO MUCH. And then he made me pay in cash, I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the end of the world. Worst dunkin not only that ive ever been to, but in the whole universe.
