All the employees were working very efficiently, greeting me as I entered the door, and engaging with me to a point that was pleasantly unexpected. If you have a chance to patronize this specific Dunkin Donuts, do yourself a favor and succumb to that urge. I normally don’t write reviews, but I have to with this location. Every time I order in or order to go, I encounter the worst customer service. They are very rude and very unhelpful. The manager in the morning is the worst. She is never happy and seems like she doesn’t care. And it take forever to get your items, wether your first in line or last. Worst Dunkin Donuts around. I’m ready for this building to become something better with better management. I will not be going here anymore. The one up the street in Port Orange is x10 better.

Apparently they think this is enough cream cheese for a bagel. I’ll give you a hint, it’s not. This Dunkin is very hit or miss, but it’s usually a miss. Always different staff every time I’ve gone, and if they get your order wrong they’ll argue with you about it instead of just correcting it. It’s hard enough finding people who want to work, so it’s no surprise that the ones they found don’t know how to work correctly.

Our EXSPIRIENCE was a nice visit. Had order a caramel hot coffee and was mistaken for a ice caramel coffee so he give us the large caramel coffee for free and got the hot caramel coffee and a strawberry donut. Service was quick and employee was very nice. We all left happy.

The absolute worst staff I’ve ever encountered. You would think with all of the jobs available out there these girls would find another since they hate their job so much. my 4 dollar cup of oat milk, they seem to have forgotten the coffee in my large iced COFFEE. I stood at the counter getting dirty looks from all the girls for about 5 minutes before I just left the drinks there, they obviously weren’t going to fix it. And if they did lord knows what they’d do to my drink
