I go to Dunks 5 days a week minimum and have for years. I was so excited when this location opened and it was great at first! It has extremely gone down hill and rather quickly. It seems to be ran by teenagers, never an adult or manager on site, at least when I visited the dozens of times, and is very inefficient/ poorly run in general.. The consistency has been terrible to the point where I stopped coming here for months. The kids don’t really seem to have a sense of urgency and you have to interrupt their talking or phone time for help. The mobile orders are NEVER put where they are supposed to. They lump them all behind the counter and they will sit there till food is cold, drinks are melted and ppl ask for their stuff. The coffee is half full and just loaded with ice or foam. The only location I have encountered like this. I’m definitely going to be avoiding this location all together in the future.

We got there after traveling and saw a dunkin. We ordered 2 drinks to give us some energy “3 kids”. We got to the window and gave them a 50. They would not take and were going to throw away the nice drinks that we wanted. Because WE GAVE THEM A 50. i don’t know why but thr drinks were sitting on the counter. And they couldn’t even give us because we gave them a 50. And not nice customer service.

Go to place for breakfast sandwich. Great coffee and donuts. The new breakfast taco is a no go. Corn and eggs on a very small tortilla was not worth $3.00. Just glad I also got a donut so I didn’t leave hungry!

So I just had a major surgery and had been discharged from the hospital I have 43 staples in my tummy and the only thing I wanted was a frozen caramel coffee it was 10 mins to close and I was 15 mins away I called and explained to the sweet girl who answer the phone my situation and she didn’t hesitate to say I will take care of u. I pulled in right at 9 pm and went strigt to the dt window she opened the window and handed me a coffee I was so happy and so thirsty this was all I wanted. I absolutely love Sierra and Jill. I unfortunately didn’t get the girls name she was working Saturday night on June 3rd . These ladies that work here are top notch in my opinion I am so happy to have this dunkin in east palatka!! Definitely my coffee home!! Highly recommended!!

I don’t understand how this place has a 4.4 star rating. It used to be so great when they first opened and now it’s just awful. Every now and then I’ll order a cold brew at like 8 am and it’s ALWAYS bitter and disgusting like it’s old coffee from the day/week before. I ordered a nitro cold brew this morning thinking it would be similar to starbucks frothy and delicious. I’m pretty positive they gave me a regular cold brew and charged me for the nitro. I took 1 sip and immediately dumped it out it was bitter like alcohol and disgusting. You’re charging $4 to $5 for a cup of coffee you expect it be to good. I’ll definitely continue going to Starbucks instead.

The fact that you have to pull up after you pay because of the drive thru time, they suck. Starbucks is wayyyyyyy busier, and they never tell their customers to pull up to get their order.
