Everything was clean. We used the kiosk to order. The staff was very friendly. They were out of the donut I had selected so they gave us an extra donut to make up for it. Very friendly. Very nice! And the food is always great because we love Dunkin’ donuts donuts.

A luke warm egg and cheese on an English muffin that had not reach room temperature and a $3.00 mediocre coffee has left me underwhelmed. The staff could try working on some people skills as well. Try smiling and saying thank you – it won’t kill you.

The person taking our order was delightful and accommodating. Unfortunately she rang up the order incorrectly and I didn’t catch it until I was on the road. My donut was NOT fresh. The store was exceptionally tidy for how busy they were at the time. Everyone appeared to be organized.

I waited 30 minutes for 4 drinks. It was a mobile order that I placed 5 minutes prior. They were all very basic drinks, one customer ordered and got her drinks in two minutes, it was two hot coffees. One of the employees was on his phone while there were at least 10 people waiting. This one woman, who I thought was a customer, took all of the money from the tip jar and walked around a bit, I didn’t see her make one drink. She then proceeded to walk out to her car to sit on her phone. The woman at the drive thru was efficient, she served the woman with the two drinks. I counted at least 12 cars who got their orders from her, while it was 25 minutes past when I placed the mobile order. The atmosphere was fairly clean. Overall very unprofessional, our drinks were sticky and not made correctly.

The time is 2:30 pm. I usually use the drive thru which was a good experience. This time I made the mistake of ordering inside. After I paid for everything I’m told that they are out of large cups so in place they offered 2 small cups which I reluctantly accepted and then after ordering they can’t remember any of the 4 donuts I ordered. After waiting 10 min I get my iced coffees and they didn’t put in any creamer, no hazelnut, no nothing. So, I send it back to get redone and even after they tasted terrible. I had to walk back n fourth 3x to get creamer n sugar to balance out the bitterness. Then they forgot to give us the Pepsi we ordered just to find out it wasn’t even cold. I work in the same industry so I know this was because of poor training and poor customer skills. I gave 1 star cause the donuts were ok(mine was, wife’s was stale), other than that I won’t be back to this location. I am very picky about my iced coffee and this experience ruined it for me. If I wanted to make it myself I would’ve went to 7/11.l

Very rude management, signs have hours of business posted that it opens at 5 AM., set at drive-through window for 10 minutes, no one answered. I pulled up to the window at 5:25 AM, and I was told that the place doesn’t open until 6 AM. Everything is posted that it opens at 5 AM. The exact wording was “well, we’re not opening until six am today.” Very disappointed seeing that I have to be at work at six am and was unable to have any breakfast.

This location has had it issues for a while now. The workers for the most part are polite. the wait half the time is unreasonable. about 30% of the time my orders are correct. I now travel to colony plaza Dunkin’ wich is frustrating because this location is 1 block from home. I check back once and a while because location is convenient but to no avail.

I never go in to this location as I usually do drive thru but now I’ve seen what it’s like inside and I’ll never go here again. The place is dirty and employees don’t take correct food safety measures. My coffee was gross and I kept thinking about how dirty it was in there.

4/12/2023 – 9:45am. Worst drive thru experience ever for a Dunkin’. Need to work on customer service skills, knowledge of their own menu, and efficiency. Waited 16 minutes (at the window) for a small latte and a muffin only to be told they’re out of muffins. So I went with a fritter that turned out to be hard and had no filling; bland.
