This store is run like a mom and pop shop. They are short staffed but get the job done. I’ve been going here for almost 2 years four times a week and have never had an issue. Coffee always on point and the food is made to order so there will always be a wait. They not only serve the walk in they have the food delivery people and pre-orders they also take care of so I can see where they are overwhelmed.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in 60 years, tall male behind the counter dressed in dirty shabby t-shirt, incredibly slow and rude. I went 5 times to make sure, same service every time, other customers complaining as well. First and only bad review I’ve ever given. Terrible
