I ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel on an everything bagel and and medium iced coffe with caramel cream and liquid sugar and my coffee was made fast and it was great. My bagel was delicious and the younger girl who served me was very nice. Helped me with the new kiosks(serve yourself) she was very polite and had great customer service. 10/10 recommend, and I’m most definitely coming back

Please like & share our reviews. Wheelchair accessible. Cleanest AND the quickest ordering at any Dunkin we have ever been to. Outdoor seating is nice for sippin’ on them Fall Pumpkin Spice fru fru drinks with friends. ^^ There are all kinds of beverages for the non-coffee drinkers as well. They have tumbler merch for holidays. Haley on Drive-thru. Shout out to you for your service here. Your customer service skills are AAAAA+mazing. The 2 locations in Palm Coast are busy and screw up orders consistently. They are slow even when they have no customers. We have made this location because we don’t have time to have orders from the app fixed every single time. Love this location. Thank you!!!

I ordered with this location 3 times 30 minutes ahead of time for 2 sandwiches. All 3 times, my mobile order wasn’t completed. This place is useless. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but 3 strikes, and you’re out. I didn’t want to write a review the 1st 2 times. Now I’m going to. This place is garbage.

We have been coming to this store for 4-5 years. Have spent a lot of money here. Multiple of us coming atleast once a day some days more then once. My girlfriend was a shift leader here & my brother worked here also. We are never ones to complain we drink the drinks when they are made wrong or throw them away. Today the new manager hands us our coffee like this. Very simple drink & shouldn’t be sent out the window like this. He offered to remake it & this is what he handed us the same drink uncorrected. We went inside & a employee refused to make it right & hands us creamers so that when I got home I had to make the drink right myself. We waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru

Ten8 Pressure Washing
They recently got the touch screen do it yourself ordering in the lobby. So if you’re paying with card or app, you have to put in your order yourself and pay on the do it yourself but if you’re paying with cash, then the lady will take your order and do it for you. It took me 15 minutes to put in my own order cause I don’t know what typically goes in a drink, but the people that paid with cash got their stuff almost immediately. The employee said she was told she was not allowed to take any orders, unless it was paid with cash terrible.

The food was poorly made, they were young, rude, inexperienced with dealing with the public, not friendly at all and got racist ! Super bad experience and bad service. White people were served happily, my friend and I were pointed away and told to order at a Kiosk because the didn’t want to serve me and my friend, but then proceeded to service the White people behind us and in front of us !
