Hope they go out of business soon and turns into a Starbucks (they actually let go of employees like these; don’t even know if you can call them individuals) or Chick-fil-A! Went and there today to pick up a delivery, whole team of people in there probably 7 to 10 females working. Not one customer was acknowledged or greeted at all. Everybody seemed miserable and it wasn’t even really busy like that… If you don’t like working customer service jobs? Go work somewhere else cuz no one wants to see a grouchy person first thing in the morning at Dunkin’ donuts while they’re buying their coffee. I’d fire and restaff asap.

i ordered a medium pumpkin spice iced coffee reg cream and sugar extra ice… they put 4 pumps of pumpkin and charged me 20 cents for the extra pump, making my coffee $4.25 instead of $4.04, when i did NOT ask for the extra pump. I was in a hurry so I didn’t bother letting them know they charged me extra, just kind of annoying they put an extra swirl/charge when i did not ask.

Straight up 50/50 store. Come on one say and it’s humming, clean, happy and moving and at least one person actually smiles and says thank you; Come on another day and it’s chaos, dirty, no eye contact rushed employees and not 1 acknowledgement you’re even in the building or a even thank you.

It was our first time at this location as we were just passing through the city. My boyfriend and I stopped by for coffee (very bitter) and a small breakfast. Ms. “Nose Ring” at the counter appeared very obnoxious and clearly irritated while taking our order. She never once smiled or was friendly and it was only 8 o’clock in the morning. My boyfriend noticed this too and asked if she was okay. She scoffed and said “Yes”. He told her “Oh, you just seem a bit sad” at which she smirked without eye contact and said, “Nooo”. Hopefully his question will help her to see herself and adjust her attitude. A very “bitter” experience, pun intended.
