Dunkin’ is a staple and I think what is important about this review is communicating the fact that this is a real brick and mortar Dunkin’ Donuts, and not one of those locations that claims to be one just because they have a little kiosk full of donuts at a gas station. There is no better place to have your coffee and whatever delectable you desire, while sitting at those cute little stools that face the ocean. The staff at Dunkin’ Donuts across America are not all created equal and I can assure you that whoever is doing the staffing at this particular location knows what they’re doing because they are exactly what you need before you had your morning coffee :). It is never very busy there either and I think that’s because they are so efficient. Regardless, I don’t have to say a whole lot about this operation because you know what you expect from Dunkin’ Donuts, and this place is about as close to the commercial house you’ll find and that’s why it was easy to give them 5- stars 🙂

Went to drive thru to get couple coffee’s at about 6:30 am the employee was nice I asked for cream and sugar on the side , she gave me all of that and closed the window I checked the bag for stir sticks, there was none, I blown my horn I banged on window and I was the only person in drive thru, no one came I sat there for at least 4-5 minutes , till finally another car came behind me and ordered then sh came to window and gave me a drinking straw to stir with. They had the lights all off pretty much except for the menu light.

I’m giving them a 2 star only because of some of the hard working people there. It took 15min to get my medium hot coffee this morning. They had 5 people standing around talking working at the drive thru and one lady at the register trying to take orders and make the drinks for the people standing waiting to be served. They messed up one lady’s order in front of us so that took at least 10 min. It was a very large order. None of the employees offered to help with us. They need to learn to distribute the workers better and standing around talking is terrible. I got there at 8:45 and got out at 9:05. Friday morning 3/17/23

If this was the Dunkin Donuts in Daytona is was horrible! They couldn’t make a frozen drink. The girl at the register was totally distracted and made me repeat my order multiple times. She gave me unsweetened flavor instead of swirl, so I had to add sugar. The drink was just bad and the service was garbage.

all these kids who work here are super friendly, but iced matcha is looks like milk! It’s not even close to green color. They said they can put only 3 pumps. So if you wanna normal matcha you should ask one extra pump.

Drive thru person asked to move forward while I waited for our order to be completed. Waited approx 15 mins and order was never going to come. We were the only people in line. Watched the two employees flirt with three young girls in business and not at all tend to customers. Finally just left without our order. Don’t waste your time or money with this location.

The girl at the drive through window acted like we were burdening her by placing our order. Then we got our drinks and they tasted like water with little to no coffee. We had to pull ahead for our food, no big deal until we sat there for a while so I pulled into the parking lot to go back inside and our food was just sitting on the counter.

I was there 3/12 at 8am. Gave my order to Bradley. He was multitasking and made 2 of my drinks. The other guy was making my latte. I had just had a pleasant short conversation with Bradley about the previous DD I was at that really screwed up my latte. He was great. When he realized my latte was wrong, he yelled out to me in the parking lot. As I was approaching the building, he came out with the correctly made latte. I appreciate and respect that young man. He is on his way to good things. Left my reciept on the plane , just wanted his employer to know that he is on the ball.
