every other time but EVERY TIME I go To the blanding location, my order is wrong in some way. I ordered the Pumpkin spice signature latte with almond milk. And these idiots put milk AND almond milk. Obviously at this point when I noticed, I could no longer drink this Because I can’t have milk. I’m on my way to drop my son off at school. I stop at the San Jose location. Again, no good customer service anywhere to be found. I bring the receipt in and I have the drink in my hand. ALL I WANTED WAS THE DRINK TO BE MADE THE WAY I ORDERED IT. this guy completely refused and was absolutely rude about it. Good customer service would have offered to fix it. Zero stars for both locations.

Stopped in on a way to kids school to get donuts for the class. Walked up to order and he pointed (pointed not spoke) to some kiosk. -while slightly annoyed I got it and went to order my 3 dozen donuts. The lovely computer won’t let you order 3 dz – so make eye contact with the same guy (there is only 2 employees visible in this store). I state I can’t get the machine to submit my order. “Me no know, you wait later for manager”. That’s it. No further assistance. — between him, not being able to pay cash, and the overall lack of human experience, can’t but gift cards – this is a solid 1 star. I left and went to krispy up the street and the lady when I walked in said “good morning” – I was sold. I bought 3 dozen donuts, coffee , gift card, and a mug and everyone was beyond friendly. I don’t have time in my life for people such as those at Dunkin. I won’t be back

Stopped for an iced coffee…. staff was fast but a bit stand-offish. And you had to order and pay at a kiosk vs. a person. That makes it unable to get a military or senior discount as there isn’t an option for that. But overall, it’s not a bad visit

I order on the app and go here at least once a week. There’s usually a very sweet lady in the drive thru. Today I order a drink, egg bites and 4 donuts. A different lady was there. She gave me my drink and egg bites in that stupid tiny bag and that’s it. Told her I had donuts too. She acted lost and wanted to know what kind. I grabbed my phone to look and she said they’re on your receipt, so now I’m looking for the receipt. Then she hands me a little bag, receipt attached…I look in… there’s 2 donuts. I tell I ordered 4. I have to read her what they are. Then she hands me a tiny box with 2 more. What the heck?! A box and 2 bags. I asked for a big bag to put everything in. That’s ridiculous. If y’all are trying to skimp on boxes you’re doing a bad job. Just put the 4 donuts in a half dozen box like a normal store would!

It had been a while since I did a visit to the store. I walked in and was looking at what to order. There were three employees’ talking with each other by the drive-thru window as I was waiting to be served. Another person came behind me and went right to the Kiosk. It was then I was told that is how I order my food. Someone else left a review stating there were no registers. So if this is true, how does Dunkin donuts collect money? After wasting 8 minutes of my time without service, I will NEVER visit anymore of your establishments.

Went through the drive thru. Ordered 4 donuts. Got to the window & realized it was $2 extra dollars to order 2 more donuts. The lady running the drive thru couldn’t believe she had to erase all my order & re-ring it up again. SO rude! I’ll take my business to Krispy Kremes!

Horrible service. Come here a few times a week and won’t be back. Very rude and refused to take my order. I can’t order my specific needs from the kiosk. Lady in the camo sweater said sorry go thru the drive thru instead. Then I guess it was the manager turned around and yelled that I needed to use the kiosk and just figure it out.
