Haven’t been to DD for a while, but we were pleasantly surprised to visit this Mayport store. Our breakfast sandwiches were great, and coffees (iced & hot) made perfectly. It’s also such a nice atmosphere, we decided to have our breakfast inside. Will definitely visit again!

I appreciate effort and working at Duncan’s or anywhere earns my respect. But dang…this is my local Duncan’s and they seem to be in shambles most of the time. Just a sense of tense confusion when I go for coffee. But more often than not…I get handed the right cup of coffee so there’s that. Seems like a leadership problem. Hope they fix it

This location is beyond a joke! Never in my life have I seen a more poorly run business. I usually order thru Doordash but lately EVERY single order has items missing so I decided to try ordering thru the Dunkin mobile app. Well, when I picked up my order they told me that the oven was broken so I couldn’t get any of my hot food AND they can’t give me a refund – I have to go thru the app. The app doesn’t give refunds so they have effectively stolen my money. Someone from this location was supposed to reach out to me to make it right but shockingly that hasn’t happened. At least Doordash gives you credits to make up for this store’s incompetence. Go to a different location and save yourself the headache and lost money. You’ll literally be throwing it away by ordering here.

I have always went to this dunkin because it’s close to base and I’ve always loved the caramel iced coffees. I’ve been three different times in the past 2 months now and their iced coffees have become horrible. There’s never any ice and they taste like burnt coffee. I don’t know if the new people who work there just don’t know what they’re doing or what. I hate writing bad reviews because they’re always so nice here and normally don’t suck.

Worst experience!! Never have I EVER gone inside a Dunkin, and found SO LITTLE MADE!! They weren’t even busy??? I could only choose from “MAYBE 6” different donuts?? And, a handful of “donut-holes?” (LAZINESS) You cannot tell me, ALL the donuts were just “sold!” it was like 0900. No Excuse!

I don’t know what’s going on here at this location lately BUT the last 5 times I’ve visited, I have not been happy with my ordering experience or the quality of my food/ drinks. This place has gone downhill. On weekends, they have the strangest staff working who don’t seem to want to work. They’re ALWAYS out of something and the iced drinks taste watered down, the cold foam is not cold or fresh and they always get the order wrong. What’s going on here? I havent been in the morning time in a few months but i never had this problem during the school year- the morning team seemed ON IT and it was always nice seeing Ms. Dee’s friendly face. Owners need to find a new weekend team and oversee this place more.. def not being run as smoothly:(

Always a nice experience when I go to this location. The drive thru moves quickly and the employees are pleasent. I always get a frozen chocolate with whip cream, the everything stuffed mini bagels and a black pepper bacon wake up wrap.
